Responsible for organizing and directing maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance, in his assigned region, including factories, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and machinery.

Main Responsibilities

1.

Supervise and train maintenance technicians across assigned regions to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols

2.

Plan, monitor, and execute preventive, routine, corrective, and emergency maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of requests and closure in accordance with SLAs

3.

Inspect branches and equipment, including coffee machines, to ensure operational readiness and proper functioning

4.

Enforce safety and health standards in all maintenance operations and ensure proper use of tools and equipment

5.

Oversee installation of equipment and machinery in assigned and new branch openings in area

6.

Manage spare parts and maintenance materials to prevent delays in maintenance tasks

7.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure availability of resources for maintenance work

8.

Train and guide junior maintenance staff on maintenance techniques and safety protocols

9.

Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with standards and agreements, and evaluate their performance quarterly

10.

Prepare and submit monthly maintenance reports for branches and company facilities

11.

Monitor the maintenance inventory in the warehouse and ensure availability of necessary parts and supplies
