المهام والمسؤوليات
- يكون حلقة الوصل الأساسية بين مصنّعي LED ومقاولي الواجهات والمهندسين المعماريين وغيرهم من التخصصات خلال مراحل التصميم والتشييد والتشغيل.
- دعم تخطيط وتنفيذ ورش العمل الهندسية متعددة التخصصات.
- المشاركة في مراجعة الرسومات واعتمادها عبر تخصصات الواجهات والهيكل الإنشائي والكهرباء وتقنية المعلومات والصوتيات.
- المساعدة في الموافقات التنظيمية والتفتيش ومراجعات المواد واختباراتها.
- التنسيق مع المقاول الرئيسي وفرق المشروع لدعم الأنشطة الميدانية التي تشمل مصنّعي الواجهات والمقاولين المتخصصين والمهندسين الإنشائيين.
- ضمان التكامل الناجح لأنظمة واجهات الوسائط، بما في ذلك هياكل التثبيت ومسارات الكابلات وتوزيع الطاقة والبنية التحتية للبيانات.
- دعم اختبار وتشغيل وتسليم أنظمة توزيع الوسائط وإدارة المحتوى المعقدة.
- تسهيل التواصل بين المقاولين والاستشاريين والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة من جهة العميل.
- المساعدة في إعداد وإدارة وثائق المشروع وبرامج التدريب وأنشطة الجاهزية التشغيلية.
- مراقبة التقدم وتحديد مشاكل التنسيق المحتملة، ودعم الحلول في الوقت المناسب بين التخصصات.
- المشاركة في ورش العمل الدولية وعمليات التفتيش في المصانع ومراجعات المواد حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو هندسة الواجهات أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في هندسة الواجهات أو أنظمة الجدران الساترة الوحدوية أو تكامل الإضاءة المعمارية أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في التنسيق بين فرق التصميم والتشييد متعددة التخصصات في مشاريع كبيرة.
- الإلمام بأنظمة الواجهات وتقنيات شاشات LED ومتطلبات التكامل مع المباني.
- يفضل معرفة كود البناء السعودي (Saudi Building Code).
- الاستعداد والقدرة على السفر دولياً لحضور ورش العمل والفحوصات المصنعية واختبارات المواد.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتنسيق.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن بيئات مشاريع متعددة التخصصات وإدارة واجهات متعددة في وقت واحد.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام Autodesk Revit (BIM) وRhino وAutoCAD.
- خبرة في أدوات التصميم البارامتري مثل Grasshopper.
- الإلمام بأنظمة الكهرباء والتيارات المنخفضة والصوتيات وتوزيع الوسائط.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Media Facade Engineer to support the design, coordination, construction, and commissioning of architecturally integrated LED display systems and media facade solutions for the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium.
The successful candidate will act as a key technical liaison between LED manufacturers, facade contractors, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of media technology within the stadium facade and building systems.

We are seeking a Media Facade Engineer to support the design, coordination, construction, and commissioning of architecturally integrated LED display systems and media facade solutions for the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium.
The successful candidate will act as a key technical liaison between LED manufacturers, facade contractors, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of media technology within the stadium facade and building systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between LED manufacturers, facade contractors, architects, and other project disciplines throughout design development, construction, and commissioning phases
- Support the planning and delivery of multidisciplinary engineering and design workshops
- Participate in drawing reviews and approval processes across facade, structural, electrical, IT, and AV disciplines
- Assist with regulatory approvals, inspections, material reviews, and testing activities
- Coordinate with the Management Contractor and project teams to support site activities involving facade fabricators, specialist contractors, and structural engineers
- Ensure successful integration of media facade systems, including mounting structures, cabling pathways, power distribution, and data infrastructure
- Support the testing, commissioning, and handover of complex media distribution and content management systems
- Facilitate communication between contractors, consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, training programs, and operational readiness activities
- Monitor progress and identify potential coordination issues, supporting timely resolution across disciplines
- Participate in international workshops, factory inspections, and material reviews as required
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Facade Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facade engineering, unitized curtain wall systems, architectural lighting integration, or related fields
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction teams on large-scale projects
- Familiarity with facade systems, LED display technologies, and building integration requirements
- Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code is preferred
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM), Rhino, and AutoCAD
- Experience with parametric design tools such as Grasshopper
- Familiarity with electrical, low-current, AV, and media distribution systems
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, coordination, and commissioning processes
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong technical Mandarin language proficiency is required
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for design workshops, factory inspections, and material testing activities
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Ability to work within multidisciplinary project environments and manage multiple interfaces simultaneously
