Title: Change Communications & Adoption Senior Manager

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change adoption plans for assigned process reengineering and automation initiatives.
- Integrate change adoption activities into initiative plans and delivery timelines.
- Tailor adoption approaches based on the scale, complexity, audience, and business impact of each initiative.
- Ensure change considerations are incorporated early to support smoother implementation and stronger business readiness.
- Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments to identify affected groups, readiness needs, adoption risks, and potential resistance points.
- Work with business and support functions to build buy-in, address concerns, and support effective transition.
- Help impacted teams understand the purpose, benefits, and expected outcomes of transformation initiatives.
- Support business leaders and people managers in reinforcing key messages and encouraging adoption within their respective areas.
- Draft and deliver change communication materials across assigned initiatives, including announcements, presentations, newsletters, awareness materials, key messages, launch communications, and leadership talking points.
- Translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate communication content.
- Create and format communication materials using agreed templates and visual standards.
- Develop simple visual communication assets to support awareness and understanding, and coordinate with specialist design support for more complex or high-visibility requirements where needed.
- Ensure all communication materials are aligned with the initiative narrative, stakeholder context, and SAB standards.
- Support go-live readiness activities, including communication rollout, training alignment, user readiness support, and post-go-live reinforcement.
- Work with relevant teams to ensure training needs, support materials, and communication timing are aligned to the change.
- Support hyper care and stabilization activities to help impacted teams transition successfully into business as usual.
- Monitor adoption after implementation and identify actions needed where engagement, understanding, or uptake is below expectations.
- Help reinforce sustainable behaviors and support continuous improvement across impacted teams.
- Track readiness, communication progress, adoption indicators, stakeholder feedback, and key risks across assigned initiatives.
- Provide regular updates on adoption status, communication rollout, issues, and intervention needs.
- Escalate risks, resistance themes, or adoption gaps through the appropriate governance channels.
- Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements to future change adoption and communication activities.
- Support the consistent use of agreed tools, templates, and approaches across assigned initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or equivalent change management certification is preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in change management, internal communications, transformation support, organisational development, or related areas.
- Proven experience supporting business transformation, process change, automation, or digital initiatives.
- Experience developing communication materials, awareness campaigns, or adoption-related content within transformation environments.
- Prior experience within banking or financial services is preferred.
