تعلن JD.COM (JINGDONG Property) عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لمهندس مشروع/موقع (Project/Site Engineer) في منطقة الرياض، للعمل ضمن فريق إدارة وتطوير البنية التحتية للمرافق اللوجستية والتجارية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
إدارة وتنسيق أعمال MEP في الموقع: - قيادة وإدارة جميع أنشطة تركيب أنظمة MEP في الموقع بما في ذلك التكييف والكهرباء والسباكة والحماية من الحريق والأنظمة منخفضة الجهد (ELV). - تنسيق أعمال MEP مع فرق الأعمال المدنية والإنشائية والمعمارية لضمان التكامل والتسلسل الصحيح. - ضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة وفقاً للمخططات المعتمدة وطرق التنفيذ والبرامج الزمنية. - تنسيق أعمال MEP والمدنية والمعمارية والإنشائية لتجنب تعارض الواجهات والتأخير. التنسيق الفني والتصميم: - مراجعة وتنسيق المخططات التنفيذية (shop drawings) لأنظمة MEP، ومواد التوريد، والتوضيحات الفنية مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين من الباطن. - ضمان امتثال جميع تركيبات MEP لمتطلبات كود البناء السعودي (SBC) والدفاع المدني السعودي والشركة السعودية للكهرباء (SEC) والشركة الوطنية للمياه (NWC) والجهات المختصة الأخرى مثل (MODON). - دعم حل النزاعات التصميمية والمشكلات الفنية في الموقع. إدارة المقاولين من الباطن والقوى العاملة: - إدارة والإشراف على مقاولي MEP من الباطن والعمالة في الموقع لضمان الإنتاجية والجودة والامتثال للسلامة. - مراقبة جودة العمل وفرض معايير الجودة من خلال التفتيش والفحوصات الميدانية. - التأكد من اتباع المقاولين من الباطن لخطط السلامة المعتمدة وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE). الامتثال والموافقات الرسمية: - تنسيق عمليات التفتيش والموافقات مع الدفاع المدني السعودي والجهات المحلية الأخرى ذات العلاقة بأنظمة MEP. - ضمان استيفاء جميع التركيبات للمتطلبات النظامية والجاهزية لاختبارات الجهات المعنية والشهادات. المشتريات والتحكم في المواد: - دعم أنشطة المشتريات من خلال مراجعة المواصفات الفنية والمساعدة في تقييم الموردين والمواد. - مراقبة تسليم وتخزين وتركيب مواد ومعدات MEP لتجنب التأخير ومشاكل الجودة. - ضمان مطابقة المواد والمعدات للاعتمادات المقدمة ومواصفات المشروع. تقدم التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل: - مراقبة والإبلاغ عن تقدم أعمال تركيب MEP مقابل الجدول الزمني للمشروع. - تنسيق أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل وما قبل التشغيل لجميع أنظمة MEP. - ضمان إعداد الوثائق المناسبة والمخططات حسب التنفيذ (as-built) وأدلة التشغيل والصيانة (O&M) للتسليم. حل المشكلات والتحسين المستمر: - تحديد وحل المشكلات الفنية والجودة والسلامة والتقدم في الموقع. - اقتراح تحسينات في قابلية التنفيذ وحلول الهندسة القيمية مع الحفاظ على الامتثال والأداء. - توثيق الدروس المستفادة لتحسين كفاءة التركيب والتنسيق الميداني. إدارة واجهات الحزم وإدارة المخاطر: - تحديد وإدارة وتخفيف مخاطر الواجهات الناتجة عن العقود المنفصلة والمقاولين المتعددين من الباطن. - تطوير وصيانة مصفوفات واجهات الحزم ووثائق ترسيم المسؤوليات وخطط التسلسل لتخفيف فجوات النطاق ومخاطر الواجهات. - الاحتفاظ بسجل حي لمخاطر الواجهات وضمان تعيين المسؤوليات وإبلاغها بوضوح. - إدارة اجتماعات التنسيق متعددة التخصصات وحل النزاعات المتعلقة بالواجهات بين المقاولين من الباطن لتجنب التأخير والمطالبات. - قيادة ورش عمل التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والفرق الداخلية لحل تحديات الواجهات والتسلسل.

About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Property team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- MEP Site Management & Coordination
- Lead and manage all on-site MEP installation activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.
- Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure smooth interfaces and sequencing.
- Ensure site activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project programs.
- Ensure effective coordination of MEP, civil, architectural, and structural works to avoid interface conflicts and construction delays.
- Design & Technical Coordination
- Review and coordinate MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and technical clarifications with consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure all MEP installations comply with Saudi Building Code (SBC), Saudi Civil Defense, SEC, NWC, and other relevant authority (e.g., MODON) requirements.
- Support resolution of design conflicts and site technical issues.
- Subcontractor & Workforce Management
- Manage and supervise MEP subcontractors and site labor to ensure productivity, quality, and safety compliance.
- Monitor workmanship and enforce quality standards through inspections and site checks.
- Ensure subcontractors follow approved safety plans and site HSE procedures.
- Authority Approvals & Compliance
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with Saudi Civil Defense and other local authorities related to MEP systems.
- Ensure all installations meet statutory requirements and are ready for authority testing and certification.
- Procurement & Material Control
- Support procurement activities by reviewing technical specifications and assisting in supplier and material evaluations.
- Monitor delivery, storage, and installation of MEP materials and equipment to avoid delays and quality issues.
- Ensure materials and equipment meet approved submittals and project specifications.
- Installation Progress, Testing & Commissioning
- Monitor and report MEP installation progress against the project schedule.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and pre-commissioning activities for all MEP systems.
- Ensure proper documentation, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals are prepared for handover.
- Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and resolve technical, quality, safety, and progress-related issues on site.
- Proactively propose constructability improvements and value engineering solutions while maintaining compliance and performance.
- Capture lessons learned to improve installation efficiency and site coordination.
- Package Interface & Risk Management
- Identify, manage, and mitigate interface risks arising from split contracts and multiple subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain package interface matrices, responsibility demarcation documents, and sequencing plans to mitigate scope gaps and interface risks.
- Maintain a live interface risk register and ensure responsibilities are clearly assigned and communicated.
- Manage cross-trade coordination meetings and resolve interface-related conflicts between subcontractors to avoid delays and claims.
- Lead coordination workshops with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve interface and sequencing challenges.
