نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مدرس لغة إنجليزية متفرغ جزئياً لدعم المتدربين في تطوير مهارات القراءة والكتابة والتحدث والاستماع. توفر هذه الوظيفة جدولة مرنة، وبيئة تعليمية إيجابية، وفرصاً للمساهمة في نجاح المتدربين من خلال دروس تفاعلية وجذابة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم دروس إنجليزية جذابة تركز على المتدرب لمتعلمين متنوعين بنظام الدوام الجزئي.
  • تخطيط وتنفيذ خطط دراسية متوافقة مع أهداف المنهج ومعاييره.
  • تقييم تقدم المتدربين وتقديم ملاحظات في الوقت المناسب لهم.
  • تكييف التعليم بما يتناسب مع احتياجات التعلم الفردية ومستويات الكفاءة اللغوية.
  • إدارة توقعات الفصل الدراسي والحفاظ على بيئة تعليمية إيجابية وشاملة.
  • التعاون مع المدرسين والمنسقين وطاقم الدعم لتحسين نتائج المتدربين.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات حضور دقيقة والمشاركة في الاجتماعات الدورية والتطوير المهني.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في التدريس.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في اللغة الإنجليزية أو التربية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • شهادة تدريس أو اعتماد مهني (حسب ما ينطبق على الموقع).
  • إتقان تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية وإدارة الفصل الدراسي.
  • مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية.
  • القدرة على العمل بجدول زمني مرن بنظام الدوام الجزئي.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة ثانية أو مع متعلمين متعددي اللغات.
  • يفضل الإلمام بمنصات التعلم الرقمية وأدوات التدريس عبر الإنترنت.
  • يفضل أسلوب تدريس إبداعي وقابل للتكيف.
  • يفضل خبرة في تصميم التقييمات والتدريس المبني على البيانات.
  • أي شهادة إضافية في اللغة أو تدريس ESL تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • يفضل المتقدمات من الإناث.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Part Time English Teacher to support Trainees in developing strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. This role offers flexible scheduling, a positive learning environment, and opportunities to contribute to trainees' success through engaging and interactive lessons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, trainee-centered English lessons to diverse learners in a part-time capacity
  • Plan and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals and standards
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to trainee's
  • Adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and language proficiency levels
  • Manage classroom expectations and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and participate in regular meetings and professional development

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in teaching
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
  • Teaching certification or credential (as applicable by location)
  • Proficiency in English instruction and classroom management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a part-time, flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience teaching English as a second language or with multilingual learners
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and online teaching tools
  • Creative and adaptive instructional approach
  • Experience in assessment design and data-driven instruction
