Asmacs-Qatar تعلن عن وظيفة مدير العروض (Manager - Proposal) في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مطلوب مدير عروض (عدد 10) لشركة رائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية. تعمل الشركة في مجالات الهندسة والمشاريع، مع خبرة في قطاعات النفط والغاز والطاقة والإنشاءات الصناعية والصيانة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مؤهل معادل معتمد.
- خبرة من 10 إلى 15 سنة في مجال إدارة العروض.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول (مطلوبة).
- شهادة PMP أو شهادة في إدارة العروض (مفضلة).
- هذه الفرصة مخصصة حصرياً للمرشحين الهنود.
- خبرة سابقة مع أرامكو السعودية، أو SEC، أو شركات خليجية، أو مشاريع EPC في النفط والغاز والطاقة والإنشاءات الصناعية أو الصيانة والإيقافات المؤقتة (مفضلة).
- خبرة في المصافي، مصانع البتروكيماويات، محطات الغاز، خطوط الأنابيب، المحطات الطرفية، الصيانة الصناعية، أو الإيقافات/التورن أروند (مفضلة).
- خبرة في مشاريع الطاقة بمختلف أنواعها (توليد الطاقة، المحطات الفرعية، النقل، التوزيع) أو مشاريع EPC في قطاع الطاقة (مفضلة).
- خبرة في دول الخليج أو المملكة العربية السعودية (ميزة إضافية).
- قدرة قوية على العمل مع فرق متعددة الثقافات وممثلي العملاء والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين والإدارات الداخلية.

- تحليل الأعمال وكتابة العروض
- إدارة المشاريع ومهارات الاتصال
- إدارة الوقت ومهارات التفاوض
- إعداد الميزانيات وإدارة علاقات العملاء
- الكتابة الفنية وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة
- مهارات البحث
- إدارة العروض وحوكمة المناقصات واستراتيجية العطاءات
- إعداد العروض الفنية والتجارية
- مصفوفات الامتثال وسجلات المخاطر
- تقديم العروض للعملاء

SAUDI ARABIA - REQUIRED FOR A LEADING COMPANY
PROPOSAL MANAGER - 10 NOS
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent approved qualification. 10 to 15 Yrs. Experience.
- Proposal management, tender governance, bid strategy, technical / commercial submissions, compliance matrices, risk registers, client presentations.
- Aramco, SEC, GCC, EPC, oil & gas, power, industrial construction, maintenance, or shutdown proposal experience preferred.
- Driving license required; PMP or proposal-management certification preferred.
- Saudi Aramco or major oil & gas client experience is strongly preferred where applicable.
- Experience in refineries, petrochemical plants, gas plants, pipelines, terminals, industrial maintenance, shutdowns / turnarounds, or EPC construction is preferred.
- SEC, utility, power generation, substation, transmission, distribution, or EPC power project experience is preferred where applicable.
- GCC/KSA experience is an advantage.
- Strong ability to work with multicultural teams, client representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
- Very Attractive Salary Package will be provided by company.
