About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, source top talent, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and ensure timely hiring for key business functions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, has strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.

* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.

* Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates across various functions.

* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

* Prepare and publish job advertisements on recruitment platforms.

* Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process for candidates and hiring managers.

* Conduct structured interviews and candidate evaluations.

* Manage offer preparation and support the onboarding process.

* Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

* Track recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement.

* Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

* Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

* 1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

* Experience managing end-to-end recruitment.

* Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.

* Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Fluency in Arabic and strong English.
