شركة إيرباص للدفاع والفضاء (Airbus Defence and Space Saudi Limited) تعلن عن وظيفة فني هندسة مدنية (متدرب) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، بنظام عقد محدد المدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فحص ومراقبة والإشراف على أعمال الإنشاءات المدنية الجاري تنفيذها على طول حدود المملكة العربية السعودية ضمن نطاق الأعمال المدنية، بما في ذلك المباني الجديدة (مركز تدريب، غرفة C2-C2I، محطة استجابة سريعة) والأبراج التي ينفذها شريك التحالف (شركة الراشد للتجارة والمقاولات).
- مراجعة الرسومات التصميمية للأعمال المدنية والتحقق من مطابقة أعمال الإنشاءات المنفذة في الموقع لمعايير الاختبار والتشغيل وضمان الجودة والمخططات المعتمدة.
- حضور طلبات التفتيش (RFI) بالتعاون مع الجهات المعنية في الموقع ومهندسي الموقع من شريك التحالف والمقاولين من الباطن.
- المسؤولية عن متابعة العملية المنهجية لطلبات التفتيش لجميع أنواع المباني والأبراج من بداية الموقع إلى قبول الأعمال المدنية وتسليمها للعميل.
- الإشراف على واجهة الأعمال المدنية المتعلقة بنظام إيرباص والتي سيتم تسليمها ضمن نطاق المباني والأبراج للبنية التحتية الصغرى والكبرى.
- إعداد تقارير يومية عن تقدم أعمال الموقع وتقديمها (Daily Progress Reports) لمهندسي المكتب الخلفي.
- الإشراف اليومي على أعمال شريك التحالف (RTCC) في الموقع، وإعداد تقارير يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية عن تقدم العمل وتقديمها لقائد المجال الفرعي.
- حضور تقارير فحص المواد (MIR) والإشراف على الاختبارات في الموقع.
- التنسيق مع مكاتب وموظفي الموقع للحصول على الدعم الفني والحصول على دعم المكتب الخلفي للرسومات والمواصفات والمعايير والمعلومات المطلوبة.
- مراجعة رسومات "البناء" (To Build Drawings) للتنفيذ والتركيب والاختبار والتشغيل، ورفع أي انحراف أو تغيير إلى جميع الجهات المعنية.
- المشاركة في جميع أنواع الاختبارات والتشغيل لجميع التسليمات وفقاً للالتزامات التعاقدية، والتحقق من المطابقة للرسومات النهائية (As-built).
- التنسيق مع العميل لفحوصات الموقع، والحفاظ على سجل طلبات المعلومات (RFI) وتوزيع الردود على السجلات والرسومات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها.
- معرفة أساسية بالبناء المدني وخبرة في معايير ومبادئ البناء.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً (إلزامي)، ومهارات اللغة العربية (مفضل).
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة كتابياً وشفهياً.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئات مشاريع كبيرة ومعقدة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- القدرة على التعامل مع معلومات شديدة السرية.
- التحلي بالمرونة والحماس والتحفيز الذاتي والثقة بالنفس.
- الالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة في الموقع وفقاً لسياسة الشركة.
- الاستعداد للعمل في أي مكان في المملكة العربية السعودية، والحاجة إلى القيادة لمسافات طويلة (Extensive Driving).
- إجادة استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- فهم سليم للأعمال المدنية والبناء والأساسات والمباني الجديدة وغرف المعدات والاتصالات والأبراج وتجديد المباني.
- فهم كامل لوثائق البناء في الموقع ورسومات (Auto-Cad).
- كفاءة في متطلبات الصحة والسلامة في الموقع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (كتابية وشفوية).
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فرق في بيئات مشاريع معقدة وكبيرة.
- المرونة والحماس والتحفيز الذاتي والثقة بالنفس.

- Inspect, monitor and supervise the ongoing Civil Works construction as part of the Civil Works Domain along the Saudi Arabian Border locations for either: New Buildings (Training Center, C2-C2I Room and Rapid Response Station) and Tower, carried out by the Consortium Partner “AL-Rashid Trading & Contracting CO.” (RTCC).
- Review Civil Works Design Drawings. Verify and validate construction works delivered in the field are in accordance with the ‘Testing and Commissioning’, ‘Quality Assurance (QA)’ and the Approved Civil Works Design Drawings.
- Attends in collaboration with the key site Stakeholders, Consortium Partner (RTCC) Site Engineers and their sub-contractors, Request for Inspection (RFI‘s) but not limited to. Responsible for following the systematic process of construction (RFI’s) for all Building Types and Towers from Site Inception to Civil Works Acceptance and ultimately, Site Civil Works Handover to the Customer.
- Oversees the Construction of the “Civil Works Interface” relating to the Airbus System, which shall be delivered as part of the Buildings and Tower scope for the Minor and Major Infrastructure.
- Produces and records of site reports and submits progress of site construction on a daily basis, through Daily Progress Reports (DPR’s). Submit (DPR’s) to the Back Office Engineers.
Work Experience
- Candidates must have basic knowledge of Civil Construction.
- Experienced in Construction Standards and Principles.
- Civil Engineering Diploma or Equivalent.

- Sound understanding of Civil Works Building and Construction / Foundation / New Buildings / Equipment and Telecommunication Rooms / Towers / Refurbishments of Buildings.
- Full understanding of Site Construction Build Documentation / Auto-Cad Design Drawings.
- Supervision
- Daily supervision of consortium partner (RTCC) works at site.
- Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly report of work progress and sent to sub domain lead.
- Attend (RFI) and Material Inspection Reports (MIR) and witness the tests on site.
- Liaise with office and site staff for technical assistance. Obtain back office support for design drawings, specifications including standards and all other required information.
- Supervision Role
- Monitor testing and inspection records and reports.
- Maintain request for information log and post (RFI) responses on record drawings.
- Distribute new drawings, changes, approved submittals, (RFI) responses and other project information to all affected parties.
- Monitor safety inspection and accident logs and reports.
- Technical
- Review “To Build Drawings” for the execution, installation and testing & commissioning.
- For any deviation or change, raise the issue(s) to all relevant stakeholders.
- Participation in all types of testing & commissioning for all deliverables as per contractual obligations.
- As-built verification.
- Harmonization with the customer for site inspections.
