المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم تدريس عالي الجودة ضمن مجال التخصص، وفقاً للمعايير الأكاديمية والمنهج التربوي لمعهد Istituto Marangoni.
  • خلق بيئة تعليمية جذابة وشاملة ومحفزة فكرياً تدعم تطوير الطلاب وإبداعهم.
  • التعاون مع الزملاء الأكاديميين للمساهمة في التحسين المستمر للبرامج والمقررات وطرق التدريس.
  • المشاركة في الأنشطة المؤسسية والفعاليات الأكاديمية والاجتماعات ومبادرات التطوير المهني المستمر.
  • المساهمة في رسالة المدرسة لتحقيق التميز في التعليم العالي وتنمية المواهب الإبداعية الناشئة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة تدريس لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في المجال الأكاديمي أو المهني ذي الصلة: تسويق الأزياء، مبادئ الأعمال، العلامات التجارية للأزياء.
  • إظهار التزام واضح بالتميز التعليمي والتعلم المتمركز حول الطالب والتطوير الأكاديمي.
  • التوفر للتدريس في معهد Istituto Marangoni بالرياض طوال العام الدراسي 2026/2027 بأكمله.
  • الإقامة الحالية والنشاط المهني في الرياض، بما يتوافق مع متطلبات التدريس داخل الحرم الجامعي.

Istituto Marangoni Riyadh is seeking to appoint qualified and experienced faculty members to join its academic team for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The School is recruiting professionals with a strong academic and professional background in the following disciplinary areas: Fashion Business (fashion marketing, principles of business, fashion branding).

Role And Responsibilities

Faculty members appointed to these positions will be expected to:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching within their area of specialization, in line with the academic standards and pedagogical approach of Istituto Marangoni;
  • Create an engaging, inclusive, and intellectually stimulating learning environment that supports student development and creativity;
  • Collaborate with academic colleagues to contribute to the continuous enhancement of programs, courses, and teaching methodologies;
  • Participate in institutional activities, academic events, meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives;
  • Contribute to the School’s mission of excellence in higher education and the development of emerging creative talent.

Requirements

Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of three years’ teaching experience in the relevant academic or professional field: fashion marketing, principles of business, fashion branding;
  • A demonstrated commitment to educational excellence, student-centered learning, and academic development;
  • Availability to teach at Istituto Marangoni Riyadh for the entire duration of the 2026/2027 academic year;
  • Current residence and professional activity in Riyadh, in alignment with the on-campus teaching requirements of the role.
