فرصة للانضمام إلى فريق الخدمات الاستشارية المالية (FAAS) في EY بالرياض. ستعمل مع عملاء متنوعين في القطاعين العام والخاص لدعم المشاريع المحاسبية وتنفيذ التغييرات التنظيمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تطوير ومراجعة السياسات والإجراءات والأطر والحوكمة
- إجراء تقييمات الوضع الحالي وتحليل الفجوات والدراسات المقارنة
- دعم تصميم وتنفيذ نماذج التشغيل وهياكل الحوكمة والعمليات التنظيمية
- إدارة خطط المشاريع وتتبع المخرجات وتنسيق أنشطة إشراك أصحاب المصلحة
- إعداد عروض تقديمية وتقارير عالية الجودة ومواد تنفيذية
- تسهيل ورش العمل والاجتماعات والمناقشات مع أصحاب المصلحة
- دعم مبادرات إدارة الأداء بما في ذلك تطوير المؤشرات ومتابعتها
- التنسيق مع فرق عمل متعددة لضمان تسليم المشروع في الوقت المحدد
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في الاستشارات أو الخدمات الاستشارية أو إدارة المشاريع (PMO) أو التطوير التنظيمي أو مشاريع التحول
- خبرة في العمل مع جهات حكومية أو شبه حكومية أو مؤسسات كبيرة (مفضلة)
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة الصناعية أو الإدارة العامة أو المالية أو الاقتصاد أو مجال ذي صلة
- شهادات مهنية مثل PMP أو Lean Six Sigma أو CBAP أو ما يعادلها (ميزة إضافية)
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية مفضلة)

- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والتنظيم
- خبرة في تطوير وتوثيق السياسات والإجراءات
- إتقان استخدام PowerPoint وExcel وقدرة ممتازة على كتابة التقارير

The opportunity
Our FAAS practice is one of the fastest growing areas of our business. As a result, we have a recruitment need for a Senior to join our team to support on services related to accounting projects in the public and private sector. The role will be based in Riyadh
Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll work directly with a diverse range of clients across various industries to assess the impact of new accounting standards, proposed transactions, or other regulatory changes. Specifically, you will:

- Support the development and review of policies, procedures, frameworks, and governance documents
- Conduct current-state assessments, gap analyses, and benchmarking exercises
- Support the design and implementation of operating models, governance structures, and organizational processes
- Manage project plans, track deliverables, and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive-level materials
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with client stakeholders
- Support performance management initiatives, including KPI development and monitoring
- Coordinate with multiple workstreams to ensure timely project delivery

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in consulting, advisory, PMO, organizational development, or transformation projects
- Experience working with government, semi-government, or large corporate organizations is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, or similar) are considered an advantage
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in policy and procedure development and documentation
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and report-writing capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage workstreams independently with limited supervision
- Experience in developing executive-level presentations and reports
- Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred
