Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives, coordinate with internal teams, manage customer inquiries, and strengthen our digital presence. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day marketing activities.
• Receive customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Prepare quotations and proposals through the company system as required.
• Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure effective coordination with the internal team.
• Prepare and submit a monthly marketing and performance report.
• Manage and support social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and marketing events.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant marketing experience.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
