نبحث عن مهندس مشاريع سعودي الجنسية لدعم تنفيذ مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية التجارية والصناعية في جميع أنحاء المملكة. ستعمل عن كثب مع مدير المشاريع وكبير مديري المشاريع، وستشرف على التنفيذ في الموقع، والتنسيق مع مقاولي EPC، والوثائق الفنية، والتفتيش على الجودة، والاختبارات، والتسليم النهائي للمشاريع. هذا الدور ميداني عملي مناسب لمهندس مشاريع لديه خبرة عملية في إنشاءات الطاقة الشمسية واهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تخطيط المشاريع، والتجهيز، وأنشطة تجهيز الموقع.
- مراجعة الرسومات والوثائق الفنية وطرق العمل ومواد التقديم ومتطلبات التفتيش.
- التنسيق اليومي لأنشطة الموقع مع مقاولي EPC والمقاولين من الباطن.
- مراقبة تقدم الموقع وتتبع المشكلات ورفع المخاطر أو التأخير أو مشكلات الجودة.
- الحفاظ على متتبعات المشروع مثل طلبات المعلومات (RFIs)، والاستفسارات الفنية، ومراجعات الرسومات، وسجلات الإجراءات، وقوائم المتابعة (punch lists).
- دعم الامتثال للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، والتفتيش الموقعي، ومحادثات السلامة (toolbox talks)، وعمليات التصريح بالعمل (permit-to-work)، ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- إجراء فحوصات الجودة على هياكل التثبيت، وأعمال التيار المستمر (DC) والمتردد (AC)، وتركيب العاكسات (inverters)، والمفاتيح الكهربائية (switchgear)، وواجهات الربط بالشبكة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية السعودية (وفقاً لمتطلبات السعودة).
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية (يفضل) أو الميكانيكية أو المدنية أو هندسة الطاقة المتجددة.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في هندسة المشاريع أو الهندسة الموقعية أو التنسيق الإنشائي لمشاريع EPC أو البنية التحتية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية أو الطاقة المتجددة.
- خبرة عملية في تنفيذ مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية تشمل التنسيق الموقعي والإشراف على التركيب وفحوصات الجودة ودعم الاختبارات ومتابعة المقاولين.
- فهم عملي لمكونات أنظمة PV، وأعمال DC/AC، وهياكل التثبيت، والعاكسات، والربط بالشبكة، واختبارات القبول.
- خبرة في مراجعة الرسومات والمخططات ورسومات الورش ومواد التقديم وطرق العمل وخطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs) ووثائق «حسب البناء».

You Will
- Support project planning, mobilisation, and site readiness activities.
- Review drawings, technical documents, method statements, material submittals, and inspection requirements.
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities with EPC contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress, track issues, and escalate risks, delays, or quality concerns.
- Maintain project trackers, including RFIs, technical queries, drawing revisions, submittals, action logs, and punch lists.
- Support HSE compliance, site inspections, toolbox talks, permit-to-work processes, and corrective action follow-up.
- Conduct quality checks across mounting structures, DC and AC works, inverter installation, switchgear, and grid connection interfaces.
- Support commissioning, close-out documentation, as-built records, O&M manuals, warranties, and handover activities.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have
- Saudi Nationality, in line with Saudization / nationalisation requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering may also be considered.
- 2-4 years’ experience in project engineering, site engineering, or construction coordination for EPC or infrastructure projects.
- At least 2 years’ experience in solar PV or renewable energy projects.
- Hands-on experience supporting solar PV project execution, including site coordination, installation monitoring, quality inspections, commissioning support, and contractor follow-up.
- Practical understanding of PV system components, DC and AC works, mounting structures, inverters, grid interconnection, testing, and commissioning requirements.
- Experience reviewing drawings, layouts, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, ITPs, and as-built documentation.
- Practical experience with PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera P6, and MS Office 365.
- Willingness to travel regularly to project sites across KSA.
We would especially like to hear from candidates who also have:
- C&I grid-tied solar PV experience, preferably in the 1 MW-10 MW range.
- BESS or hybrid energy project experience.
- Familiarity with SEC standards, municipality permitting, and KSA site execution requirements.
- PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management training.
- Arabic language skills or strong experience working in Arabic-speaking site environments.
You are likely to succeed in this role if you are hands-on, site-focused, and comfortable working closely with contractors and project teams.

- Understands solar PV construction beyond high-level coordination.
- Can read drawings, technical documents, submittals, and site reports.
- Tracks details carefully across RFIs, submittals, punch lists, quality observations, and commissioning records.

- Communicates well with contractors, internal teams, and site stakeholders.
