We are seeking an experienced IT Digital Transformation Specialist to lead digital transformation initiatives aligned with national digital government strategies and Digital Government Authority (DGA) frameworks. The ideal candidate will support digital maturity, service modernization, and governance compliance within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with DGA standards and national initiatives.
• Assess organizational digital maturity using recognized frameworks and methodologies.
• Lead initiatives related to cloud adoption, automation, AI, and data-driven services.
• Ensure compliance with national digital governance policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign and optimize digital-first services.
• Define and monitor KPIs aligned with Qiyas performance measurement standards.
• Support organizational change management and digital culture adoption initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement and service digitization projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Experience within government or regulated sectors is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of DGA policies and digital maturity frameworks.
• Experience in process re-engineering and digital service transformation.
• Familiarity with Qiyas competency and performance measurement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage strategic digital initiatives in complex environments.
