انضم إلى فريق عمل EDITION، أحد فنادق Marriott الفاخرة، في شورا آيلاند بالبحر الأحمر بالمملكة العربية السعودية. نبحث عن موظف استقبال (Front Desk Agent - سعودي الجنسية) للعمل بدوام كامل في قسم عمليات الغرف وخدمات النزلاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم تجربة دخول ومغادرة سلسة لا تُنسى للنزلاء.
- المبادرة بتقديم مجموعة واسعة من الخدمات ترشد النزلاء طوال إقامتهم.
- معالجة الاحتياجات التشغيلية والرد على طلبات النزلاء وإنجاز التقارير المطلوبة.
- مشاركة أبرز معالم المنطقة المحلية مع النزلاء وجعل المعاملات جزءًا من التجربة العامة.
- التحرك بحرية في مساحة العمل والقيام بما يلزم لإرضاء النزلاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها (GED).
- لا يُشترط خبرة عمل سابقة في مجال ذي صلة.
- لا يُشترط خبرة إشرافية سابقة.
- لا يُشترط ترخيص أو شهادة مهنية محددة.
- القدرة على الوقوف أو الجلوس أو المشي لفترات طويلة.
- القدرة على تحريك وحمل ورفع ودفع وسحب ووضع أشياء يصل وزنها إلى 10 أرطال دون مساعدة.
- الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها والحفاظ على السرية وحماية أصول الفندق.
- المحافظة على معايير الجودة وضمان أن يكون المظهر الشخصي والزي الرسمي والتواصل مهنيًا.
