هذا الدور ضمن AI Hub التابع لـ EY، ويركز على استشارات هندسة البيانات. ستساعد العملاء في تصميم وتقديم منصات بيانات حديثة تمكن التحول المعتمد على البيانات. ستقوم بتقييم البنية الحالية، وتحديد الفجوات والأهداف الاستراتيجية، ووضع خارطة طريق للتحسين تشمل حوكمة البيانات، حماية البيانات، ترحيل البيانات، والانتقال إلى السحابة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة ما يصل إلى مشروعين بالتوازي والعمل مع كبار قادة الأعمال لضمان جودة التسليم وإدارة المخاطر وتحقيق توقعات العملاء.
- تعريف وتطوير مخططات بنية البيانات الشاملة وخرائط الطريق للحالة المستهدفة بما يتوافق مع أهداف العمل.
- تصميم منصات بيانات حديثة (data lake, data warehouse, lakehouse patterns) وتوجيه اختيارات التكنولوجيا عبر أنظمة السحابة والبيانات الضخمة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس مع خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادات في هندسة البيانات (Data Architecture certifications) مطلوبة وتعتبر عامل تمييز رئيسي.
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في شركة استشارات عالمية مع إدارة فريق لا يقل عن 4 أشخاص.
- خبرة عملية في البيانات الضخمة ومنصات مثل Cloudera وInformatica وDatabricks ومنصات سحابية مثل Azure أو AWS.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة الفرق والإشراف عليها خلال جميع مراحل دورة حياة المشروع.
- خبرة في مجال واحد أو اثنين من المجالات التالية: الحكومة، الرعاية الصحية، الخدمات المالية، التجزئة، الاتصالات.
- المرونة والاستعداد للسفر فوراً عند الحاجة.

The opportunity
This role sits within our AI Hub and focuses on data architecture advisory. You will help clients design and deliver modern data platforms that enable data-driven transformation.
You will assess current-state architecture, identify gaps and strategic goals, and define a clear improvement roadmap across topics such as data governance, data protection, data migration, and cloud journey.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will manage up to two projects in parallel, working closely with senior business leaders (Directors and Partners) to ensure delivery quality, manage risk, and meet client expectations on outcomes and timelines.
In this fast-moving space, you are also expected to contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and helping grow our work in the market.

- Design modern data platforms (data lake, data warehouse, lakehouse patterns) and guide technology choices across cloud and big data ecosystems
- Build and govern scalable ingestion and integration approaches (batch and streaming), including event-driven architecture awareness
- Strong proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of NoSQL concepts and patterns
- Experience working with Hive in big data environments
- Hands-on familiarity with ETL/ELT design and delivery, including Informatica-based implementations
- Establish and apply data management frameworks, including metadata management and end-to-end data lineage from source to consumption
- Apply data governance and data protection principles, partnering with cybersecurity and data protection teams to embed privacy and security into platform design
- Identify, assess, and manage data risks (data quality, access controls, retention, regulatory/compliance considerations) with a cautious, risk-aware approach
- Awareness of modern architecture approaches such as data fabric and data mesh, and when federated models make sense
- Lead delivery across project lifecycle phases (requirements definition, business re-engineering, application mapping), supervising teams and managing competing priorities
- Ensure timely delivery and alignment with regulatory requirements while monitoring engagement performance against budget
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, shaping client conversations, and supporting growth in the market
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work across service lines to deliver integrated outcomes
- Willingness to travel on short notice when required
- Bachelor’s degree and approximately 7+ years of related work experience
- Data Architecture certifications are required and are a key differentiation factor in candidate selection
- Demonstrated work experience of at least 5+ years in a global consulting firm handling a team of at least 4 people
- Hands-on experience on big data and platforms such as Cloudera, Informatica, Databricks, and on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, business re-engineering, and application mapping
- Industry expertise in one or two domains: Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Telecom
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary
- Track record with a leading consulting firm
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (or equivalent Azure data certification)
- AWS certification relevant to data platforms (for example, AWS listed as a commonly requested certification for senior data architect profiles)
- CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)
- TOGAF (architecture certification)
- CISSP (security certification, useful for data security and risk-heavy programs)
