Car Courier

📍 Candidates must be based in the UAE.

⏱️ Immediate joiners preferred.

Location: Flexible

🔹 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages and documents to customers safely, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
• Ensure all shipments are verified, sorted, and matched with correct customer details before dispatch.
• Follow delivery schedules, optimized routes, and operational procedures to meet daily targets.
• Maintain real-time updates of delivery status through system applications and submit all required documentation to the delivery center.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch teams and customers regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
• Handle shipments with care, ensuring the safety and integrity of items during transit.
• Adhere strictly to UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards at all times.
• Ensure readiness before departure by completing pre-delivery checks and following operational guidelines.
• Maintain assigned delivery vehicles, including routine checks, cleanliness, and reporting any issues.
• Safeguard company assets and ensure proper usage of vehicles and equipment.
• Stay connected with the delivery center and be available for additional or emergency assignments as required.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the line manager or operations team.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience as a car courier, delivery driver, or in a similar role within the UAE.
• Valid UAE manual driving license with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, locations, and navigation applications.
• Ability to manage multiple deliveries in a fast-paced environment and meet assigned targets.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Physically fit and capable of handling delivery tasks efficiently.
• Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking and system updates.
• Strong sense of responsibility, time management, and adherence to safety standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and locations as per operational requirements.
