تعلن شركة دايكن السعودية (Daikin Saudi) - إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال تكنولوجيا التدفئة والتبريد والتهوية وتنقية الهواء - عن توفر وظيفة مهندس مشتريات لمشاريع التكييف والميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP) في الرياض، حي الدار البيضاء، للسعوديين الموهوبين.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • إدارة مشتريات المواد والمعدات وخدمات المقاولات الفرعية لمشاريع التكييف والميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP) في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • ضمان الامتثال الفني والأسعار التنافسية والتسليم في الوقت المحدد وفقًا لخطط المشاريع وأهداف الشركة.
  • دعم التنفيذ الناجح لمشاريع HVAC عبر إدارة الموردين والتفاوض التجاري والتنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والمشاريع والعمليات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة دورة المشتريات بالكל من طلب المواد إلى التسليم النهائي لمشاريع التكييف.
  • مراجعة المواصفات الفنية وكميات المواد (BOQs) والرسومات وطلبات الشراء لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
  • البحث عن الموردين والمصنعين والمقاولين الفرعيين وتقييمهم واعتمادهم مع إجراء تقييمات تجارية تقنية لحلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة ومتوافقة تقنيًا.
  • التفاوض على الأسعار وشروط الدفع وجداول التسليم والضمانات والشروط التعاقدية مع الموردين وإصدار أوامر الشراء وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والتقدير وإدارة المشاريع والمستودعات والمالية لضمان تنفيذ سلس للمشروع وتوفر المواد في الوقت المناسب.
  • مراقبة جداول المشتريات وتسريع المواد الحرجة ومتابعة تقدم التصنيع والفحص والخدمات اللوجستية والتخليص الجمركي والتسليم في الموقع.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات المشتريات ووثائق الموردين وتقارير تتبع المشتريات وتقييم أداء الموردين ضمن أنظمة ERP/SAP.
  • تحليل اتجاهات السوق وتحركات الأسعار ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمشتريات لدعم التوريد الاستراتيجي ومبادرات تحسين التكاليف.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات الموردين وزيارات المصانع والتوضيحات الفنية وبرامج تطوير الموردين لتحسين أداء المشتريات.
  • توجيه ودعم مهندسي المشتريات المبتدئين ومنسقي المشتريات عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال المشتريات في مشاريع التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء أو مشاريع الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة أو المشاريع الصناعية.
  • خبرة قوية في مشتريات معدات التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء مثل المبردات (Chillers) ووحدات مناولة الهواء (AHUs) ووحدات لفائف المروحة (FCUs) وأنظمة التدفق المتغير لسائل التبريد (VRF) وأنظمة التهوية والمضخات والصمامات والمواد ذات الصلة بـ MEP.
  • فهم قوي للمواصفات الفنية وكميات المواد (BOQs) والشروط التجارية.
  • خبرة في العمل مع مقاولي التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والمصنعين الأصليين (OEMs) والموردين الإقليميين في أسواق المملكة العربية السعودية / دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (مفضلة).
  • مهارات قوية في التفاوض وإدارة الموردين والتواصل.
  • فهم جيد لمتطلبات تنفيذ المشاريع وتخطيط التسليم والتنسيق المادي.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة مشاريع سريعة الإيقاع وإدارة أولويات متعددة.
  • إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office وأنظمة ERP و SAP.
  • معرفة لوائح المشتريات المحلية وعمليات الخدمات اللوجستية في المملكة العربية السعودية (ميزة إضافية).

About The Role

The Procurement Engineer - HVAC/MEP Projects (Saudi Talent) is based in Riyadh and responsible for managing the procurement of project-related materials, equipment, and subcontracting services to ensure technical compliance, competitive pricing, and timely delivery in line with project schedules and company objectives. The role supports successful execution of HVAC projects across KSA through effective supplier management, commercial negotiations, and coordination with engineering, project, and operations teams.

How You Will Make An Impact

You will support the successful execution of HVAC projects across KSA by driving procurement efficiency, ensuring supplier compliance, optimizing project costs, and maintaining on-time material availability across the following areas:

  • Manage the complete procurement cycle from material requisition to final delivery for HVAC projects.
  • Review technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and procurement requests to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Source, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors while conducting techno-commercial evaluations for cost-effective and technically compliant solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and contractual conditions with suppliers and issue Purchase Orders in line with company procedures.
  • Coordinate with engineering, estimation, project management, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely material availability.
  • Monitor procurement schedules, expedite critical materials, and follow up on manufacturing progress, inspections, logistics, customs clearance, and site deliveries.
  • Maintain procurement records, vendor documentation, procurement tracking reports, and supplier performance evaluations within ERP/SAP systems.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing movements, and procurement KPIs to support strategic sourcing and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Participate in supplier meetings, factory visits, technical clarifications, and vendor development programs to improve procurement performance.
  • Mentor and support junior procurement engineers and procurement coordinators when required.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of procurement experience in HVAC, MEP, or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain processes within the HVAC industry.
  • Experience in procurement of HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, ventilation systems, pumps, valves, and related MEP materials.
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications, project BOQs, and commercial terms.
  • Experience working with HVAC contractors, OEMs, and regional suppliers within KSA/GCC markets is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and commercial evaluation skills.
  • Good understanding of project execution requirements, delivery planning, and material coordination.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of local procurement regulations and logistics processes within Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
