TechnipFMC تعلن عن برنامج تمهير (Operational Excellence) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية، لتدريب حديثي التخرج في مجال التميز التشغيلي والتصنيع.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تهدف هذه الدورة التدريبية إلى تطوير وضمان تنفيذ أنشطة التصنيع على مشروع معين، وفقًا لمعايير الصناعة والشركة وخطة تنفيذ المشروع وإجراءات تركيبه. المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وتفسير المواصفات الصناعية للعملاء.
- تقديم توصيات فنية لفريق التصميم الهندسي في مرحلة مراجعة التصميم.
- تقديم المشورة الفنية حول قضايا الجودة باعتبارك خبيرًا في الموضوع.
- المشاركة في مناقشات القسم المتعلقة بالقضايا الفنية والدروس المستفادة.
- إظهار الالتزام بالجودة والسلامة (QHSE) من خلال المشاركة في مبادرات السلامة والجودة.
- فهم سير العمل لمراقبة وثائق التصنيع وإصدار إجراءات التصنيع للمشروع.
- صيانة وتطوير إجراءات التصنيع الجديدة.
- تطوير تعليمات العمل المحلية (LWI) للعمليات الجديدة.
- ضمان تنفيذ التصميم للتصنيع (DFX).
- المشاركة في التدقيقات (الالتزام بالكودات والمواصفات).
- دعم أنشطة المناقصات وعروض الأسعار الهندسية للمنتجات.
- ضمان إصدار حزم الإنتاج والتصنيع بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- حضور الاجتماعات اليومية للجنة مراجعة الإخطار (NRB) وObeya وغيرها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية أو الميكانيكية أو الإنتاجية.
- لا تتطلب خبرة سابقة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات لتقديم حلول تقنية.
- مبادرة وقدرة على التواصل وجمع المعلومات بشكل مستقل.
- مهارات عرض فعالة.
- القدرة على توجيه وإرشاد الآخرين.
- تحليل جيد وحل مشكلات.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية المهنية.

Training Purpose
Develops and ensures implementation of Manufacturing activities on a given project, in accordance with Industry and Company Standards, Project Execution Plan and Project Installation Procedures.
Job Description
- Review and interpret customer/industrial specifications
- Provide technical recommendation to design engineering team at design review stage
- Provide technical advice on Quality issues as a Subject Matter Expert
- Participate in department discussions relating to technical issues and lessons learnt
- Shows commitment to QHSE through participation in safety and quality initiatives
- Understand the workflow for the control of machining documentation and issuance of machining procedures for a project
- Maintain and develop new Machining Procedures
- Develop LWI for new processes
- Ensure DFX is performed
- Involve in audits (Adherence to codes & specs)
- Support tenders and product engineering quotation activities
- Ensure timely and accurate release of production & manufacturing packages
- Attend daily meeting on Notification Review Board (NRB), Obeya etc
