المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحضير وتقديم المشروبات الساخنة والباردة بما في ذلك القهوة والشاي والمشروبات المتخصصة
  • تلقي طلبات العملاء ومعالجة المدفوعات بدقة
  • الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة
  • اتباع إرشادات الصحة والسلامة
  • تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة
  • إعادة تخزين المواد والإمدادات حسب الحاجة
  • تشغيل وصيانة معدات تحضير القهوة
  • التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء وحل الشكاوى

  • أنثى
  • خبرة سابقة مثبتة كباريستا
  • معرفة بتقنيات تحضير القهوة والمعدات
  • مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages to our customers, ensuring excellent quality and customer satisfaction. You will also maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide friendly and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
  • Take customer orders and process payments accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Restock supplies and inventory as needed
  • Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints

Requirements

  • Female candidate
  • Proven experience as a Barista
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
