المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة أنظمة إدارة الجودة والبيئة والصحة والسلامة المهنية (QEHS) والحفاظ على شهادة ISO.
- تخطيط وإجراء مراجعات المشاريع، والمشاركة في اجتماعات الحالة، وضمان تنفيذ إجراءات التحسين وإدارة المخاطر.
- تأهيل الموردين للمكونات الحرجة.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق التي تؤثر على المشروع وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية للتدقيق.
- تتبع وتحليل وإجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية لـ NCRs في الموقع.
- توصيل الدروس المستفادة وأفضل الممارسات من المشاريع السابقة.
- التحقق من ملاحظات رضا العملاء وتحليلها ومشاركة النتائج.
- تخطيط وتنفيذ عمليات التدقيق الداخلي بناءً على ISO 9001:2015 و ISO 14001:2015 و ISO 45001:2018 لضمان الامتثال لنظام الإدارة ومواصفات المشروع.
- عقد اجتماع مراجعة إدارة QEHS على مستوى وحدة الأعمال.
- تقديم الدعم لفريق الموقع لرفع وإدارة وإغلاق حالات عدم المطابقة في الوقت المناسب.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال للعميل وتمثيل QEHS خلال الاجتماعات والتفتيش الموقعي.
- ضمان اتباع عمليات إدارة المشاريع (PM @ Siemens) والقواعد واللوائح.
- تنفيذ سياسة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) والإرشادات والإجراءات والامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية لإنشاء ثقافة السلامة والصحة.
- قيادة اجتماعات الفريق الأساسي لـ EHS لتحديد المخاطر والأخطار في مكان العمل والمرافق ووضع إجراءات السيطرة وتوجيه وتدريب الموظفين على تنفيذها.
- تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية وتخطيط وتنظيم برامج تدريبية حول EHS على مستويات مختلفة وإجراء تدريبات وعروض تقديمية حول مواضيع الصحة والسلامة ومنع الحوادث.
- المساهمة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي لـ EHS واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية في الوقت المناسب.
- تحديد الحوادث الوشيكة والأفعال والظروف غير الآمنة وضمان الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- الإبلاغ عن الحوادث (التصعيد) والتحقيق والتحليل وتقديم توصيات للإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية لمدير EHS في وحدة الأعمال.
- ضمان استخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) حسب طبيعة العمل وضمان توفر جميع أدوات السلامة في المواقع ذات الصلة.
- تحليل ومراقبة الالتزام بمعايير EHS وإعداد تقارير منتظمة حول EHS.
- التنسيق مع الشركاء الداخليين والخارجيين بشأن مواضيع EHS.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة وخبرة موقعية من الأعمال ذات الصلة.
- مؤهل تعليمي: درجة علمية في التعليم التقني و/أو في مجالات ذات صلة بـ EHS.
- معرفة متقدمة بـ ISO 14001 (إدارة البيئة)، ISO 50001 (إدارة الطاقة)، ISO 45001 (إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية)، ISO 9001 (إدارة الجودة)، ونظام الإدارة وتنفيذ/إدارة عناصر نظام الإدارة.
- خبرة في عمليات إدارة المشاريع (Project Management).
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع أنظمة الإدارة.
- شهادة المستوى 2 (مهني) في مجال السلامة والصحة المهنية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

You‘ll make an impact by:
- Develop and maintain the QEHS management systems and maintain ISO certification
- Plan and conduct project reviews, participate in status meetings, and ensure the implementation of improvement and risk measures
- Supplier qualification for critical components
- Support audits affecting the project and ensure implementation of audit corrective measure
- Tracking, analyzing, and performing Root Cause analysis on-site NCRs
- Communicate lessons learned, and best practices from previous projects.
- Check and/or perform Customer satisfaction feedback, analyze the results and share the feedback
- Plan and carry out internal audits based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 to ensure compliance with management system and project specifications
- Conduct QEHS Management Review meeting for the business unit level
- Provide support to the site team for raising, managing and closing out Non-Conformances in a timely manner
- Acting as the point of contact for the customer. The QEHS manager will represent QEHS during meetings and site inspections.
- Ensure that the PM @ Siemens processes, rules, and regulations are being followed
- Implementation of EHS Policy, guidelines, procedures & compliance with legal requirements to establish a culture of health and safety.
- Lead EHS core team meetings in identifying aspects & hazards at the workplace/facilities and establishing control measures and guiding & training personnel in implementing them.
- Identify training needs, plan, and organize training programs on EHS at different levels and Conduct training and presentations for health and safety topics and accident prevention.
- Contributes to internal and external EHS audits and takes corrective/preventive actions promptly.
- Identify near misses, unsafe acts & unsafe conditions and ensure corrective /preventive actions.
- Incident/Accident communication (escalation), investigation, analysis & recommendation of corrective & preventive actions to BU EHS Manager.
- Ensure the use of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) as required based on the nature of work and ensure the availability of all safety gadgets in related sites.
- Analyses and monitors adherence to EHS standards and prepares regular EHS reporting.
- Coordination with internal & external partners on EHS topics.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field and site-related experience from relevant business.
- Required Educational Qualification: Degree in technical education and/or EHS-related/relevant fields.
- Expert level knowledge of ISO 14001 (Environmental management), ISO 50001 (Energy management), ISO 45001 (Occupational health and safety management), ISO 9001 (Quality management), management system and implementing/managing management system elements.
- Experience in Project Management processes.
- Proven experience in working with management systems.
- A Level 2 (Professional) certificate in the field of Occupational Safety and Health is an advantage.
- 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard.
