Role Description The Rotogravure Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for operating and monitoring rotogravure printing machines used in PP cup production. The role includes setting up machines according to job specifications, preparing cylinders, inks, and substrates, and performing test runs to ensure print quality and color accuracy. The operator will inspect printed materials, identify and correct defects, and follow established quality control procedures to maintain consistent standards. Daily tasks also involve routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and safe handling of machinery and hand tools, as well as accurate documentation of production data and reporting issues to supervisors. The role requires close collaboration with production, maintenance, and quality teams to meet output targets and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
Qualifications

• Strong Machine Operation skills, including setup, adjustment, and monitoring of rotogravure or similar printing Machinery.
• Experience with Quality Control practices, such as visual inspection, measurement checks, and adherence to production standards.
• Ability to safely and effectively use Hand Tools for basic maintenance, adjustments, and cleaning tasks.
• Clear Communication skills for coordinating with team members, reporting issues, and following work instructions.
• Attention to detail, ability to stand and work on the production floor for extended periods, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Previous experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Basic technical or vocational training in mechanical, industrial, or printing-related fields is an advantage.
