نبحث عن خبير Excel للعمل عن بُعد في مشروع تدريب أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي. ستساهم بخبرتك في تحسين أداء النماذج من خلال تقديم مدخلات عالية الجودة من العالم الحقيقي. لا حاجة لخبرة سابقة في الذكاء الاصطناعي.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

في هذا الدور، ستطبق خبرتك للمساعدة في تدريب الجيل القادم من أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي. سيشكل عملك كيفية تعلم النماذج واستدلالها وأدائها من خلال مدخلات عالية الجودة من العالم الحقيقي. لا تُشترط خبرة سابقة في الذكاء الاصطناعي، فخبرتك المجالية هي ما يهم.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة وتحليل وتحسين ملفات Excel المعقدة ذات الصلة بالعمليات التجارية والاستراتيجية وتحليل البيانات.
  • تقديم ملاحظات مفصلة وأمثلة على أفضل الممارسات في Excel لاستخدامات العمليات والاستشارات (باستثناء المالية).
  • تصميم وتوثيق ومشاركة قوالب أو حلول تعكس المعرفة الخبيرة لأغراض تعلم الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • التعاون مع فريق العميل لتحديد سير العمل الرئيسي والتحديات التشغيلية الممثلة في مستندات Excel.
  • تقييم ومحاكاة مشاكل أعمال واقعية باستخدام ميزات Excel المتقدمة والصيغ.
  • التواصل بوضوح وفعالية في الشكلين الكتابي والشفهي مع ضمان توثيق دقيق وشامل.
  • المساهمة في إنشاء دراسات حالة لتحليل البيانات وسيناريوهات تشغيلية تستفيد من خبرة Excel.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • إتقان خبير لـ Microsoft Excel يشمل الوظائف المتقدمة (Advanced Functions) والجداول المحورية (Pivot Tables) والتحقق من البيانات (Data Validation) وأدوات الأتمتة (Automation Tools).
  • خبرة مثبتة في تطوير حلول Excel للعمليات التجارية أو الاستراتيجية أو بيئات الاستشارات.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية والقدرة على حل مشاكل أعمال غير مالية باستخدام Excel.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • القدرة على توثيق العمليات وإنشاء مواد تعليمية وتقديم ملاحظات واضحة قابلة للتنفيذ.
  • خبرة في تحليل البيانات ونمذجة السيناريوهات وتحسين سير العمل باستخدام Excel.
  • دافع ذاتي واستباقية وراحة في العمل المستقل عن بُعد.
  • يفضل: خلفية في العمليات التجارية أو الاستراتيجية أو استشارات الإدارة.
  • يفضل: الإلمام بتدريب الذكاء الاصطناعي أو المساهمة في مجموعات بيانات التعلم الآلي في مجال تخصصي.
  • يفضل: خبرة في تطوير أدوات أو لوحات معلومات Excel لمبادرات التميز التشغيلي.

Job Description

Job Title: Excel Expert

Job Type: Contract

Location: Remote

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and enhance complex Excel files relevant to business operations, strategy, and data analysis.
  • Provide detailed feedback and examples of best practices in Excel for operational and consulting use cases (excluding finance).
  • Design, document, and share templates or solutions that reflect expert knowledge for AI learning purposes.
  • Collaborate with the customer’s team to identify key workflows and operational challenges represented in Excel documents.
  • Evaluate and simulate real-world business problems using advanced Excel features and formulas.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats, ensuring precise and comprehensive documentation.
  • Contribute to the creation of data analysis case studies and operational scenarios leveraging Excel expertise.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, data validation, and automation tools.
  • Proven experience developing Excel solutions for business operations, strategy, or consulting environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex, non-financial business problems using Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to document processes, create instructional materials, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
  • Experience with data analysis, scenario modeling, and workflow optimization in Excel.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in business operations, strategy, or management consulting.
  • Familiarity with AI training or contributing to machine learning datasets in a domain capacity.
  • Experience developing Excel-based tools or dashboards for operational excellence initiatives.
