Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Psychiatrist role based in Riyadh. The Psychiatrist will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Daily responsibilities include providing outpatient and, when required, inpatient care; prescribing and monitoring psychopharmacological treatments; and delivering evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, nurses, and primary care physicians, to ensure integrated and holistic care. The Psychiatrist will also maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in case conferences, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support mental health education for patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Psychiatry, with expertise in Psychiatric Care.
• Demonstrated experience in Mental Health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Specialized skills in Adolescent Psychiatry and age-appropriate therapeutic approaches.
• Relevant medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completed psychiatry residency and board certification or eligibility in psychiatry.
• Current, valid license to practice medicine (or eligibility for licensing) in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation, ethical practice, and adherence to regulatory and professional standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and with diverse patient populations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Prior experience in hospital or clinical mental health settings in the Gulf region is beneficial.
