We are looking for a
Security & Loss Prevention Executive (SLP) to support daily security operations across stores and distribution centers. The role focuses on preventing loss, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor stores and DCs through patrols and CCTV
- Detect and prevent theft, violations, and safety risks
- Ensure all security systems (cameras, alarms) are working properly
- Respond to incidents (theft, accidents, violations)
- Prepare daily logs and incident reports
- Preserve evidence and support investigations
- Conduct compliance checks and routine inspections
- Maintain records of audits and security activities
- Support inventory counts and identify shrinkage risks
- Recommend corrective actions when needed
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong integrity and attention to detail
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Clear communication in Arabic & English
- Physically able to perform patrols (standing/walking for long periods)
