شركة Burjline Builders توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس ميكانيكي موقع في الرياض، للإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال الميكانيكية في مشاريع متعددة ضمن مجموعة عالمية تعمل في التخطيط والهندسة والبناء.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • المسؤول عن الإشراف والتنسيق والتنفيذ لجميع الأعمال الميكانيكية في موقع المشروع، وضمان إتمام التركيبات والاختبارات والتشغيل وفقاً للمخططات والمواصفات والكودات ومعايير السلامة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على تركيب الأنظمة الميكانيكية مثل HVAC والسباكة ومكافحة الحريق والأنابيب والمعدات.
  • ضمان إتمام الأعمال وفق المخططات المعتمدة وبيانات الطرق ومواصفات المشروع.
  • مراقبة الأنشطة اليومية والتأكد من توافق التقدم مع الجداول الزمنية.
  • إدارة وتنسيق أنشطة المقاولين من الباطن.
  • مراجعة المخططات الميكانيكية ومخططات الورش وطلبات المواد.
  • التحقق من الكميات والتأكد من وصول واستخدام المواد الصحيحة في الموقع.
  • إجراء تفقدات موقعية والتحقق من جودة العمل.
  • التنسيق بين الأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والمدنية لتجنب التداخلات.
  • المساعدة في اختبار وموازنة وتشغيل الأنظمة الميكانيكية.
  • ضمان الامتثال لقواعد السلامة في الموقع وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • تطبيق إجراءات مراقبة الجودة وخطط فحص الاختبارات (ITPs).
  • تحديد والإبلاغ عن حالات عدم المطابقة ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • التأكد من التركيب وفق المعايير الصناعية (ASHRAE، SMACNA، NFPA وغيرها).
  • حضور اجتماعات الموقع مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وممثلي العميل.
  • ضمان توفر المواد والأدوات والمعدات اللازمة لتقدم العمل.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المشتريات لتوريد المواد الميكانيكية في الوقت المحدد.
  • إبلاغ مدير المشروع بالمشكلات الفنية أو التأخيرات.
  • إعداد تقارير التقدم اليومية والأسبوعية للموقع.
  • حفظ سجلات التفتيش والاختبارات والأنشطة الميكانيكية.
  • المساعدة في إعداد المخططات حسب التنفيذ ووثائق التشغيل والصيانة.
  • توثيق نتائج التشغيل بشكل مناسب.
  • التنسيق مع مدراء المشاريع والمهندسين والمقاولين لضمان تنفيذ سلس للأعمال الميكانيكية.
  • دعم تنسيق BIM عبر مواءمة التنفيذ في الموقع مع النماذج المعتمدة لتقليل التداخلات وإعادة العمل والتأخير.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الاتجاهات والمواد والتقنيات في المجال لضمان ابتكار المشاريع.
  • أداء مهام أخرى يكلف بها من الإدارة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم في تكنولوجيا الميكانيكا أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في التنفيذ الميكانيكي في الموقع (HVAC، سباكة، مكافحة حريق، MEP أو مجالات ذات صلة).
  • الوظيفة قائمة في الموقع (site-based).
  • قد تتطلب الوظيفة سفراً دولياً أحياناً.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الميكانيكية وتقنيات التركيب.
  • معرفة الحسابات الميكانيكية (حجم القنوات، رأس المضخة، حجم الأنابيب).
  • الإلمام بإجراءات التشغيل (commissioning).
  • إتقان برامج مثل AutoCAD وRevit/BIM وMS Office.
  • معرفة متعمقة بالكودات الدولية ذات الصلة (IEC، NEC، BS، اللوائح المحلية) والمعايير.
  • مهارات تواصل وحل مشكلات جيدة.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق المواعيد النهائية.
  • اهتمام بالدقة والالتزام بالدقة والتميز التقني.
  • فهم قوي لسير العمل والجداول الزمنية والتنسيق عبر جميع مراحل المشروع.
  • مهارات قوية في العمل الجماعي والتعاون.

Summary of the role:

The Mechanical Site Engineer is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all mechanical works at the project site. The role ensures installations, testing, and commissioning are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and Supervise installation of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, piping, and equipment.
  • Ensure all works are completed as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
  • Monitor daily activities and ensure progress meets project timelines.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities.
  • Review mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
  • Verify quantities and ensure correct materials are delivered and used on site.
  • Conduct site inspections and verify work quality.
  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and civil works to avoid clashes.
  • Assist in testing, balancing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with site safety rules and HSE procedures.
  • Implement quality control procedures and inspection test plans (ITPs).
  • Identify and report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Ensure installation meets industry standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, etc.).
  • Attend site meetings with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
  • Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment for work progress.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams for timely delivery of mechanical items.
  • Communicate technical issues or delays to the project manager.
  • Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
  • Maintain records of inspections, tests, and mechanical activities.
  • Assist in preparing as-built drawings and O&M documentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation of commissioning results.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of mechanical works.
  • Support BIM coordination by aligning site execution with approved models to reduce clashes, rework, and delays.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends, materials and technology in the industry to keep our projects at the forefront of innovation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Technology or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in mechanical site execution (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, MEP, or related fields).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation techniques.
  • Knowledge of mechanical calculations (duct sizing, pump head, pipe sizing).
  • Familiarity with commissioning procedures.
  • Proficiency in softwares such as AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant international codes (IEC, NEC, BS, local regulations) and standards.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and technical excellence.
  • Strong understanding of project workflows, timelines, and coordination across all project phases.
  • Excellent in speaking Arabic and English languages.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
