Role Description

We are looking for an Operations Planning Designer to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team.

This role supports the development of event operations plans, client presentations, technical layouts, and planning documents. The ideal candidate should be able to turn operational information into clear, professional, and visually polished plans that can be shared with clients, internal teams, and on-ground operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and enhance event operations plans for clients, internal teams, and on-ground operations teams.
• Create visually clear and professional planning documents, presentations, layouts, maps, and operational reports.
• Use AutoCAD to prepare and update site layouts, parking plans, access routes, transport plans, operational zones, crowd flow routes, and event maps.
• Use Adobe products, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat, to improve the visual quality of plans, reports, maps, and client-facing documents.
• Translate rough operational inputs, site information, and team requirements into polished planning outputs.
• Coordinate with operations, traffic, parking, transportation, security, crowd management, logistics, and client communication teams.
• Support the Project Management Office in preparing client presentations, proposals, operational plans, and post-event reports.
• Maintain consistency in document formatting, branding, templates, legends, icons, and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Event Management, Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing layouts, site plans, operational zones, access routes, parking plans, and event maps.
• Proficiency in Adobe products, especially Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Good skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to transform operational information into clear, professional, and visually polished plans.
• Strong visual presentation skills with attention to formatting, branding, and document quality.
• Ability to read maps, layouts, technical drawings, and site information.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in events, operations planning, technical drafting, engineering, or design is preferred.
