انضم إلى فريق الضخ بالضغط (Pressure Pumping) في شركة بيكر هيوز بالظهران، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية، حيث ستعمل على تشغيل أحدث معدات وتقنيات الطاقة لضمان الجودة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد ومراقبة وتشغيل عدة آلات في وقت واحد لضمان السلامة والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.
- إجراء أنشطة ضمان الجودة وفقاً لمواصفات التصنيع أو الهندسة ومتطلبات ISO.
- إجراء تقييمات السلامة والمخاطر وإعداد إجراءات وقائية واستباقية لتحديد المخاطر المحتملة.
- المساعدة في نصب وفك معدات الأنابيب الملفوفة (coiled tubing) في موقع البئر.
- إجراء فحوصات ما قبل العمل، واختبارات الوظائف، واختبارات الضغط لجميع المعدات.
- مراقبة معدلات الضخ، وعمق الأنبوب، والوزن، ومعايير البئر أثناء العمليات.
- خلط وضخ السوائل أو المواد الكيميائية أو النيتروجين حسب برنامج العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات: شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تشغيل مضخات النيتروجين (يفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تشغيل معدات الأنابيب الملفوفة (coiled tubing).
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تشغيل وحدات الأنابيب الملفوفة (coil units).
- خبرة في نصب وفك معدات الأنابيب الملفوفة في موقع البئر.
- يفضل خبرة في خلط وضخ السوائل أو المواد الكيميائية أو النيتروجين حسب برنامج العمل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على تشغيل وحدة الأنابيب الملفوفة ورأس الحاقن والبكرة ولوحة التحكم ومعدات التحكم في الضغط (BOP، stripper، lubricator).
- القدرة على التعلم من الأخطاء والاجتهاد والعمل بنظام الورديات تحت الضغط.
- القدرة على رفع طلبات الصيانة لأي عطل رئيسي في المعدات.

As a field operator, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up, monitoring and operating multiple machines simultaneously to ensure safety and on-time delivery.
- Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing or engineering specifications and ISO requirements to ensure compliance
- Conducting safety and risk assessment and preparing preventive and proactive measures to identify potential hazards.
- Assisting in rig-up and rig-down of coiled tubing equipment at the wellsite.
- Performing pre-job inspections, function tests, and pressure testing of all equipment.
- Monitoring pump rates, tubing depth, weight, and well parameters during operations.
- Mixing and pumping fluids, chemicals, or nitrogen as required for the job program.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma
- Have experience with operating nitrogen pumps for a minimum of 2 years is preferred
- Have experience with operating coiled tubing equipment for a minimum of 2 years
- Have experience with coil units for a minimum of 2 years
- Have experience in rig-up and rig-down of coiled tubing equipment at the wellsite.
- Have experience mixing and pumping fluids, chemicals, or nitrogen as required for the job program is preferred
- Be able to operate coiled tubing unit, injector head, reel, control console, and pressure control equipment (BOP, stripper, lubricator).
- Be able to learn from mistake, hardworking, able to work in shift under pressure.
- Be able to raise maintenance request for any major equipment breakdown.
