Company Description Bespoke Behavioral Services provides personalized behavior support services that help individuals build communication, social, and daily living skills. The team uses evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to design individualized programs tailored to each child and family. These programs focus on fostering positive behavior change and supporting long-term success at home, school, and in the community. Team members collaborate closely with families and other care providers to ensure consistent, high-quality support and meaningful outcomes.

Role Description The QBA role at Bespoke Behavioral Services is a full-time, on-site position based in the Riyadh Region. The QBA will implement ABA-based behavior support plans under supervision, providing direct services to children and supporting families in developing effective strategies. Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing behavior data, assisting with functional assessments, and updating progress notes and documentation. The QBA will collaborate with behavior analysts and other team members, participate in team meetings and training, and help maintain a supportive, safe, and engaging learning environment. The role also involves communicating with caregivers about progress, strategies, and goals in a clear and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Skills in behavior support, including implementing ABA-based programs and following individualized treatment plans.
• Strong observational and data collection skills, with the ability to record, track, and report behavioral outcomes accurately.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle documentation, scheduling, and multiple client needs.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries, respect confidentiality, and follow ethical and clinical guidelines.
• Relevant certification or training in ABA or behavior support (e.g., QBA or equivalent), or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental or behavioral needs is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are a plus for local communication.
• High school diploma required; postsecondary education in psychology, special education, or related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region, including occasional flexibility in hours to meet client needs.
