يمتلك هذا المنصب عمليات مراجعة الطلب، ويدعم أنشطة تخطيط اللوجستيات والمخزون، ويساهم في الإدارة المالية لسلسلة التوريد، ويقود التحسين المستمر عبر عمليات التخطيط محلياً وعالمياً.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تخطيط الطلب الشامل للسوق السعودي، مع ضمان قابلية التوسع لدعم زيادة حجم المبيعات والتوسع في السوق.
- التحسين المستمر لدقة التنبؤ وشفافية التخطيط.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق وخدمة العملاء والمالية والمشتريات وسلسلة التوريد لفهم محركات الطلب المتغيرة في سوق ديناميكي للغاية.
- تيسير وقيادة اجتماعات مراجعة الطلب الشهرية.
- دعم أنشطة تخطيط اللوجستيات والتوريد لضمان استمرارية الخدمة وصحة المخزون.
- مراقبة التعرض للمخزون، ومخاطر البطء، وتأثيرات مستوى الخدمة.
- الإعداد لميزانية سلسلة التوريد وإجراء تحليل الأداء المالي الشهري، بما يضمن التوافق بين النمو ومراقبة التكاليف والربحية.
- الشراكة مع المالية لدعم أنشطة مراقبة التكاليف وتخطيط الأعمال.
- مراقبة صحة المخزون (مستوى الخدمة، التعرض، مخاطر البطء) وقيادة خطط التخفيف متعددة الوظائف للحفاظ على الخدمة مع دعم نمو السوق.
- العمل كنقطة مسؤولية واحدة عن مواضيع الطلب والتخطيط في السوق السعودي، وتمثيل أداء التخطيط السعودي في المنتديات العالمية والإقليمية.
- المساهمة وتمثيل فريق سلسلة التوريد السعودي في المشاريع العالمية والإقليمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-8 سنوات في تخطيط الطلب أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الاقتصاد أو الإحصاء أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (شرط أساسي).

- خبرة في التنبؤ/تخطيط الطلب في بيئة تجارية.
- القدرة على العمل عبر الوظائف وبشكل مستقل.

Role Purpose:
The position owns demand review processes, supports logistics and inventory planning activities, contributes to supply chain financial management, and drives continuous improvement across planning operations both local and Global
Your Responsibilities:
Demand Planning & Forecast Management
- Lead end-to-end demand planning for the KSA market, ensuring scalability to support increasing sales volumes and market expansion.
- Continuously improve forecast accuracy and planning transparency
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to understand evolving demand drivers in a highly dynamic market.
- Facilitate and lead monthly Demand Review meetings
- Support logistics and supply planning activities to ensure service continuity and inventory health
- Monitor inventory exposure, slow-moving risks, and service level impacts
- Own Supply Chain budget preparation and conduct monthly financial performance analysis, ensuring alignment between growth, cost control, and profitability.
- Partner with Finance to support cost control and business planning activities
- Monitor inventory health (service level, exposure, slow-moving risk) and drive cross-functional mitigation plans to sustain service while supporting market growth.
- Act as the single point of accountability for demand and planning-related topics in the KSA market and represent KSA planning performance in Global and regional forums.
- Contribute and represent KSA SC team in Global and Regional SC projects
- 5/8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, FI knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin or related field)
- Forecasting/Demand Planning in a commercial environment
- Working cross-functionally and independently
- Project management
- Stakeholder management
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Understanding of statistics / statistical based demand planning
- Self-directive, proactive and focused on continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Able to synthesise complex data and viewpoints into clear insight
- Able to formulate and facilitate decisions with supporting analysis effectively
- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
- Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
- Strong Knowledge of IBP system
- Knowledge of SAP in relation to Supply Planning/sales
- Knowledge of data and analytics platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English and Arabic are must
