Job Title: Barista

Work Location: luini bakery

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers as they enter. Apply health and safety rules. Provide drink and food menus and respond to customer inquiries. Relay customer feedback to managers and offer suggestions to improve food and drink menus. Check and review the stock of clean cups, utensils, and preparation equipment. Regularly review devices and equipment and report maintenance needs. Take customer orders and pay attention to details and preferences. Prepare and make drinks, pastries, and fast food. Receive and process cash and credit card payments. Keep the food and drink preparation area clean.

Personal skills needed for a barista job:  

- Organizational skills and the ability to quickly find solutions to sudden problems in the restaurant or café, or issues related to preparing drinks.  

- Intelligence, quick thinking, attentiveness, and focus on the smallest details related to presentation or customer preferences.  

- Ability to work with enthusiasm and passion all the time.  

- Being polite and friendly in your responses.  

- Ability to multitask quickly and efficiently.  

- Skills in handling coffee and espresso preparation equipment.  

- Emotional stability when dealing with work pressures and difficult situations.  

- Creativity in preparing and decorating drinks in artistic and attractive ways.  

- Ability to keep learning and staying up-to-date with the latest techniques used in making hot or cold drinks.
