Kore.ai، الشركة الرائدة عالميًا في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي التحادثي والتوليدي، تبحث عن مهندس نشر ميداني (Forward Deployed Engineer) للعمل عن بُعد في الإمارات أو المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل بشكل مباشر مع كبرى الشركات من فورتشن 500 لبناء وتوسيع نطاق حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي الوكلائي (Agentic AI) وتحويل عملياتها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- حل المشكلات الصعبة على نطاق واسع: العمل مباشرة مع العملاء من المؤسسات لفهم تحدياتهم التقنية الأكثر تعقيدًا - اختناقات التكامل، قيود التوسع، تنسيق الأنظمة المتعددة - وتصميم الحلول من الصفر.
- الهندسة والتطوير العملي: تصميم وتطوير الحلول باستخدام منصة Kore.ai الوكلائية. كتابة الكود، بناء التكاملات، تحسين الأداء، وتصحيح أخطاء الإنتاج. لا تقتصر مسؤوليتك على رسم مخططات الهندسة - بل بناء النظام.
- التواصل مع مهندسي المؤسسات: العمل كند تقني لزبائنك من مهندسي المؤسسات وكبار مسؤولي المعلومات. عرض مخططات الهندسة، قيادة مراجعات التصميم، وبناء الثقة كسلطة تقنية موثوقة للنشر المعقد.
- القيادة التقنية المواجهة للعملاء: قيادة ورش العمل الفنية، جلسات التصميم، وتنفيذ النماذج الأولية. ترجمة قدرات الذكاء الاصطناعي المعقدة إلى قيمة تجارية واضحة لأصحاب المصلحة التقنيين وغير التقنيين.
- الجسر بين المنتج وواقع العملاء: العمل كحلقة تغذية راجعة حاسمة بين ما يحتاجه العملاء وما تقدمه المنصة. التأثير على خارطة طريق المنتج برؤى مستمدة من النشر في المؤسسات الحقيقية.
- توسيع نطاق النجاح: توثيق أنماط الحلول، إنشاء بنى قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام، وبناء أصول تقنية تمكّن الفريق الأوسع ونظام الشركاء من تكرار النجاح.
- العناية التقنية الواجبة للصفقات الاستراتيجية: دعم عمليات البيع عالية القيمة بالمصداقية التقنية العميقة - إجراء تقييمات الهندسة، بناء عروض توضيحية مخصصة، وتقليل مخاطر النشر المعقد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة هندسية عملية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في برمجيات المؤسسات، هندسة المنصات، أو هندسة الحلول.
- خبرة مهنية كبيرة في العمل المباشر مع عملاء من المؤسسات الكبرى (فورتشن 500 / Global 2000)، خاصة التعامل مع مهندسي المؤسسات وكبار مسؤولي التكنولوجيا وفرق البنية التحتية.
- كفاءة تقنية عملية عبر مجالات متعددة: APIs، الخدمات المصغرة، البنية التحتية السحابية (AWS/Azure/GCP)، الأنظمة الموزعة، وأنماط التكامل المؤسسي.
- خبرة عملية سابقة في تكامل الأنظمة المعقدة - ربط منصات المؤسسات، مراكز الاتصال، أنظمة CRM، ERP، وأنظمة الاتصالات على نطاق واسع.
- فهم النشر المؤسسي على نطاق واسع - خبرة في نشر وتشغيل حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي عبر آلاف المستخدمين، مناطق متعددة، وهياكل تنظيمية معقدة. فهم ما يلزم للانتقال من المرحلة التجريبية إلى النشر على مستوى المؤسسة بما في ذلك هندسة الأداء، التوافر العالي، التعافي من الكوارث، والجاهزية التشغيلية.
- خبرة عملية سابقة مع أطر العمل الوكلائية (منصة Kore.ai، LangChain، LangGraph، AutoGen، CrewAI) أو أنماط التنسيق متعدد الوكلاء.
- خبرة في أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي/التعلم الآلي - خاصة نماذج اللغة الكبيرة (LLMs)، الذكاء الاصطناعي التحادثي، أو تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي الوكلائي.
- خبرة عميقة في Voice AI ومنصات تجربة العملاء - فهم أتمتة المكالمات الصوتية، تحديث أنظمة IVR، خطوط أنابيب تحويل الكلام إلى نص/نص إلى كلام، تكاملات الاتصالات (SIP/WebRTC)، وهندسة البوتات الصوتية الشاملة في بيئات مراكز الاتصال المؤسسية.
- خبرة في تطبيقات RAG، هندسة الاستعلامات (Prompt Engineering)، أو تطوير التطبيقات القائمة على نماذج اللغة الكبيرة.
- خبرة مهنية سابقة في شركات مثل Palantir، AWS، Salesforce، ServiceNow، Pega، أو منصات مؤسسية مماثلة في أدوار مواجهة للحلول.
- إجادة ثنائية اللغة في العربية والإنجليزية بشكل إلزامي. يجب أن يكون المرشح قادرًا على إجراء الاجتماعات والعروض التقديمية والمراسلات الكتابية بكلا اللغتين.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.

Responsibilities
- Solve Hard Problems at Scale: Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their most complex technical challenges - integration bottlenecks, scaling constraints, multi-system orchestration - and architect solutions from the ground up.
- Hands-On Architecture & Engineering: Design, prototype, and implement solutions using the Kore.ai Agent Platform. Write code, build integrations, optimize performance, and debug production issues. You’re not just drawing architecture diagrams - you’re building the system.
- Enterprise Architect Engagement: Serve as the technical peer to customer enterprise architects and CIOs. Present architecture blueprints, lead design reviews, and establish trust as the go-to technical authority for complex deployments.
- Customer-Facing Technical Leadership: Lead technical workshops, design sessions, and proof-of-concept implementations. Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bridge Product & Customer Reality: Act as the critical feedback loop between what customers need and what our platform delivers. Influence product roadmap with real-world insights from enterprise deployments.
- Scale What Works: Document solution patterns, create reusable architectures, and build technical assets that enable the broader team and partner ecosystem to replicate success
- Technical Due Diligence for Strategic Deals: Support high-value sales engagements with deep technical credibility - conducting architecture assessments, building custom demos, and de-risking complex implementations.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on engineering experience in enterprise software, platform engineering, or solutions architecture required.
- Significant professional experience working directly with large enterprise customers (Fortune 500 / Global 2000), particularly interfacing with enterprise architects, CTOs, and infrastructure teams required.
- Hands-on technical proficiency across multiple domains: APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns required.
- Previous hands-on experience with complex system integrations - connecting enterprise platforms, contact centers, CRMs, ERPs, and communication systems at scale required.
- Understanding of scaled enterprise implementations - experience deploying and operating AI solutions across thousands of users, multiple regions, and complex organizational structures. You understand what it takes to go from pilot to enterprise-wide rollout, including performance engineering, high availability, disaster recovery, and operational readiness at scale required.
- Previous hands-on experience with agent frameworks (Kore.ai Platform, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI ) or multi-agent orchestration patterns required.
- Experience with AI/ML systems - particularly LLMs, conversational AI, or agentic AI applications required.
- Expertise in Voice AI and Customer Experience platforms - deep understanding of voice call automation, IVR modernization, speech-to-text/text-to-speech pipelines, telephony integrations (SIP/WebRTC), and end-to-end voice bot architectures in enterprise contact center environments required.
- Background in RAG implementations, prompt engineering, or LLM-based application development required.
- Previous professional experience at companies like Palantir, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, or similar enterprise platform vendors in solutions-facing roles required.
- Languages - Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory. Candidates must be able to conduct meetings, presentations and written communications in both languages.
- Strong engineering mindset: You write code, review architectures, debug systems, and build prototypes. You are not just a “presenter” - you are a builder.
- Proven problem-solving ability: Track record of tackling ambiguous, complex technical challenges and delivering pragmatic solutions under real-world constraints.
- Customer-facing excellence: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences - from engineering teams to C-suite executives. You earn trust through competence and clarity.
- First-principles thinker: You question assumptions, challenge the status quo, and approach every problem by understanding the fundamentals before designing solutions.
- Track record in building or scaling field engineering, solutions architecture, or forward deployed engineering functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field required
- Master’s degree or equivalent depth of expertise preferred.
