Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist Sales professional located in Riyadh. The role involves welcoming clients, managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and providing general support. The Receptionist Sales professional will also engage with clients to promote services and manage memberships, ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing incoming calls , chats and front desk operations
• Sales experiance is must.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and addressing client needs
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in sales or fitness-related customer service is a plus
• Proficiency in using business software and tools, such as scheduling software
• Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in english is advantage.
