Tele-Sales Executive

At Union Experience for Elevators (UEE), we have built our reputation on delivering reliable elevator and escalator solutions across Saudi Arabia. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Tele-Sales Executive who enjoys communication, building relationships, and turning opportunities into results.

What you’ll be doing

• Reach out to prospective and existing customers to introduce our solutions

• Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities

• Schedule meetings and appointments for the Sales team

• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support

• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports

• Achieve monthly targets while delivering an excellent customer experience from the first call

What we’re looking for

• Saudi National (in line with Saudization requirements)

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Previous experience in Tele-Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Support is an advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment

• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
