في أسواق سريعة التغير، يعتمد العملاء على Thales لتقديم حلول مبتكرة في مجالات الطيران والنقل والدفاع والأمن والفضاء. نحن نتواجد في المملكة منذ 40 عاماً ونعمل على تأمين البنية التحتية الحيوية وأنظمة الدفع الإلكترونية. نبحث عن مهندس معماري حلول أول لأنظمة الأمن المادي للمساهمة في مشاريع البنية التحتية الحيوية والمدن الذكية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وقيادة البنى المعقدة التي تجمع بين الأمن المادي، وإنترنت الأشياء، والتحليلات/الذكاء الاصطناعي، والخدمات السحابية عبر مشاريع البنية التحتية الحيوية والمدن الذكية.
- تحديد أطر الأمن الشاملة التي تدمج أنظمة VMS وACS وPSIM/C2 وتحليلات البيانات وشبكات IT/OT.
- تقييم ودمج التحليلات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، والتوائم الرقمية، والحوسبة الطرفية، واستشعار الدمج في سير العمل الأمني والتشغيلي.
- ضمان الامتثال للبنية مع المعايير المحلية والدولية (HCIS 2017, NIST, ISO 27001, PDPL, GDPR).
- العمل كمخطط استراتيجي للتكنولوجيا قادر على استشراف وتشكيل الاتجاهات المستقبلية في مجالي الأمن والمدن الذكية.
- تطوير خطط زمنية تواكب التقنيات الناشئة مع أهداف المؤسسات والحكومة والجهات التنظيمية.
- التعاون مع فرق البحث والتطوير الداخلية والشركاء وموردي الأنظمة البيئية لدمج قدرات التقارب السيبراني-المادي.
- قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات من المفهوم إلى التنفيذ عبر التصميم والهندسة والأمن السيبراني والعمليات.
- التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة على المستوى التنفيذي لتحديد المتطلبات وإظهار القيمة وضمان توافق التكنولوجيا مع نتائج الأعمال.
- دعم فرق ما قبل البيع والعطاءات بحلول معمارية عالية المستوى ومصفوفات الامتثال وعروض القيمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 10 إلى 15 عاماً في هندسة الأمن أو تكامل الأنظمة أو استراتيجية التكنولوجيا.
- سجل حافل في تقديم حلول أمنية متعددة المجالات للمدن الذكية والمطارات والمرافق والبنية التحتية الحيوية.
- دراية قوية بـ: أنظمة الأمن المادي، ومنصات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتحليلات، ومنصات إنترنت الأشياء/الحوسبة الطرفية والسحابية، ومنصات القيادة والتحكم/PSIM.
- فهم متين لبنى الشبكات وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات ومعايير تكامل البيانات.
- عقلية استراتيجية قادرة على التعبير عن مستقبل البنية التحتية الآمنة والمتصلة.
- درجة البكالوريوس/الماجستير في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الحاسوب أو الأنظمة (أو ما يعادلها).
المهارات المطلوبة
المفكر الذي يتجاوز التقنية - يربط الأنظمة بالأعمال والاستدامة ورؤية الوطن. مهارات تواصل عالية عبر المجالات (يربط بين مستويات الهندسة وتقنية المعلومات والتنفيذ). شغوف بالابتكار والذكاء الاصطناعي والتحول الرقمي. قادر على قيادة بيئات كبيرة متعددة البائعين ومتعددة التخصصات.

Key Responsibilities
Solution & Technology Architecture
- Design and lead complex architectures combining physical security, IoT, AI/analytics, and cloud services across critical infrastructure and smart city projects.
- Define end-to-end security frameworks integrating VMS, ACS, PSIM/C2, data analytics, and IT/OT networks.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-driven analytics, digital twins, edge computing, and sensor fusion into security and operational workflows.
- Ensure architecture compliance with local and international standards (HCIS 2017, NIST, ISO 27001, PDPL, GDPR).
- Act as a technology strategist capable of reading and shaping future trends in the security and smart-city domains.
- Develop roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with enterprise, government, and regulatory goals.
- Collaborate with internal R&D, partners, and ecosystem vendors to integrate cyber-physical convergence capabilities.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams from concept to implementation across design, engineering, cybersecurity, and operations.
- Engage with executive-level stakeholders to define requirements, demonstrate value, and ensure technology alignment with business outcomes.
- Support pre-sales and bid teams with high-level solution architectures, compliance matrices, and value propositions.
- 10-15 years of experience in security architecture, systems integration, or technology strategy.
- Proven record delivering multi-domain security solutions for smart cities, airports, utilities, and critical infrastructure.
- Strong exposure to:
- Physical Security Systems
- AI & Analytics Platforms
- IoT/Edge Computing & Cloud Platforms
- Command-and-Control/PSIM Platforms
- Solid grasp of network architectures, APIs, and data integration standards.
- Strategic mindset; able to articulate the future of secure, connected infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent).
- Thinks beyond technology - connects systems to business, sustainability, and national vision outcomes.
- Strong cross-domain communication (bridges engineering, IT, and executive levels).
- Passionate about innovation, AI, and digital transformation.
- Capable of leading large, multi-vendor, multi-disciplinary environments.
