المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات التدريبية اليومية بما في ذلك جدولة البرامج والتنسيق مع المدربين والعملاء.
- إدارة مرافق التدريب وضمان تسليم الدورات وورش العمل بسلاسة.
- مراقبة أداء البرامج وإعداد تقارير تشغيلية.
- دعم التحسين المستمر للعمليات وجودة الخدمة.
- دعم أنشطة المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال من خلال التعامل مع الاستفسارات وإجراءات التسجيل ومتابعة العملاء.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق الداخلية لمواءمة العمليات مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية والحفاظ على بيئة مهنية تركز على المتعلم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات تحليلية قوية لتقييم أداء البرامج وتحسين العمليات ودعم القرارات المبنية على البيانات.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة للتفاعل مع العملاء والمدربين والفرق الداخلية، بما في ذلك التواصل الكتابي والشفهي الواضح.
- قدرات مبيعات لدعم الترويج للبرامج والتعامل مع الاستفسارات والمساعدة في إدارة علاقات العملاء.
- مهارات إدارة العمليات لتنسيق الجداول والموارد واللوجستيات والأنشطة التدريبية اليومية بكفاءة.
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع لتخطيط وتنفيذ ومراقبة البرامج التدريبية والمبادرات التشغيلية ضمن الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات المحددة.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل التعاوني وإدارة أولويات متعددة والحفاظ على الاهتمام بالتفاصيل في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
- إتقان أدوات المكتب والتعاون القياسية؛ الخبرة في أنظمة إدارة التدريب أو CRM تعتبر ميزة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة العمليات أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- الإلمام بقطاع التدريب والتطوير في المملكة العربية السعودية والمواءمة مع أهداف رؤية السعودية 2030.

The role works closely with internal teams to align operations with strategic goals and maintain a professional, learner-focused environment.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate program performance, optimize processes, and support data-driven decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, trainers, and internal teams, including clear verbal and written communication.
- Sales capabilities to support program promotion, handle inquiries, and assist in client relationship management.
- Operations Management skills to coordinate schedules, resources, logistics, and daily training activities efficiently.
- Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor training programs and operational initiatives within set timelines and budgets.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools; experience with training management or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with the training and development sector in Saudi Arabia and alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives is
