تعلن شركة معادن باريك للنحاس (MBCC) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس جيوتقني أول للعمل في منجم جبل صايد بمنطقة المدينة المنورة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فحص وتوثيق ظروف الأرض وجودة تركيب الدعامات في مناطق التطوير الجديدة والأعمال المنجمية القائمة.
- التأكد من وجود برنامج إزالة الصخور غير المستقرة والامتثال له.
- تركيب أجهزة جيوتقنية مختلفة عند الحاجة.
- صيانة نظام الرصد الزلزالي.
- المشاركة في تخطيط وتصميم المنجم على المدى القصير والطويل لضمان تضمين التحكم الكافي في الأرض.
- تحديث خطة إدارة التحكم في الأرض سنويًا.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية وفقًا لخطة إدارة التحكم في الأرض، وتحديد وتخطيط أعمال التأهيل، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لظروف الأرض وجودة الدعامات.
- التحقيق في الحوادث المتعلقة بالأرض مثل سقوط الصخور وإعداد خطة عمل لتصحيحها.
- إعداد الميزانية السنوية للقسم.
- رفع كفاءة وتدريب مهندسي الجيوتقنية ومهندسي الجيوتقنية المبتدئين.
- ضمان تحديث خطة إدارة الأرض لمنجم جبل صايد.
- تحديث قواعد البيانات الجيوتقنية باستمرار.
- ضمان اتباع إجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة لأنظمة دعم الأرض.
- إجراء وتوثيق التقييمات الجيوتقنية لجميع مناطق التطوير القائمة والجديدة.
- تصميم وتحديث معايير دعم الأرض، وضمان ملاءمتها للظروف الحالية للأرض.
- ضمان جمع البيانات الجيوتقنية وتحديث النموذج الكتلي الجيوتقني.
- معايرة النموذج العددي.
- التنسيق مع مهندسي التخطيط والإنتاج لضمان التسلسل الأمثل للغرف والتصاميم.
- المشاركة في تقييمات التحكم في الأرض لكل غرفة، وتحديد الحجم الأمثل للغرفة وأبعاد الدعامات باستخدام الأساليب التجريبية والعددية والتحليلية.
- مطابقة أداء الغرفة لاستخلاص الدروس ومعايرة الرسوم البيانية/النماذج الاستقرارية عند الضرورة.
- التقييم الدوري لخطر الزلازل في المنجم.
- مراجعة وتحسين الأنظمة الجيوتقنية.
- الموافقة على جميع تصاميم الحفر والتفجير وتفعيلها وفقًا للاتفاق.
- فحص خطط الغرف والتطوير من حيث استقرار الأرض وسلامتها.
- ضمان أن يكون التكسير الزائد للغرفة ضمن النطاق المقبول.
- إجراء تقييم المخاطر السنوي للغرف ومراجعة التسلسل.
- توفير النماذج والأدوات التجريبية المُعايرة والجاهزة للاستخدام.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل جامعي في هندسة التعدين أو الجيوميكانيكا.
- عضوية في جمعية مهنية معترف بها دوليًا.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في التعدين تحت الأرض الصلب وهندسة الجيوتقنية والتحكم في الأرض.
- خبرة في توصيف الكتلة الصخرية، والنمذجة العددية، والتقييمات التجريبية، وضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة لدعم الأرض.
- خبرة في استخدام برامج تصميم وتخطيط المناجم مثل Deswik أو ما يشابهها.
- خبرة في استخدام البرامج الجيوتقنية مثل Unwedge وDips وRS3 وmXrap وMap3D وLeapfrog أو ما يشابهها.
- مهارات متقدمة في تطبيقات جداول البيانات والعروض التقديمية ومعالجة النصوص وقواعد البيانات.
المهارات المطلوبة

Ma’aden Barrick Copper Company (MBCC) is seeking a motivated Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our Mining team at the Jabal Sayid Mine Site in the Madinah region of Saudi Arabia.
The Mining Department is responsible for all planning, short, medium and long term is in place to ensure that the mine is able to meet its budget. This includes providing the mining contractor with all the necessary information to allow them to plan their crews manning, equipment numbers and daily schedule. Tracking of production over the relevant cycles (daily, weekly etc.) is also carried out to identify issues the will prevent targets being met. All work must be carried out to meet all relevant mining and reporting cycles.

Responsibilities
- Inspection and documentation of ground conditions and support installation quality in new development areas and existing mine workings.
- Check scaling program is in place and complied.
- Install various geotechnical instrumentation where warranted.
- Maintain seismic system.
- Participate in short and long term mine planning and design to ensure adequate ground control has been included.
- Annual updates of ground control management plan.
- Conduct regular inspections as per GCMP, identify and plan rehabilitation work, maintain accurate records of ground conditions and quality of support.
- Investigate and report ground related incidents such as falls of ground and draw action plant to correct them.
- Produce annual budget for the department.
- Upskilling and mentoring Geotechnical and Graduate Geotechnical engineers.
- Jabal Sayid Ground Management Plan is in place and up to date.
- Geotechnical databases consistently updated.
- Ensure adequate QAQC of ground support systems are followed.
- Undertake and document geotechnical assessments of all existing and new development areas.
- Design and maintain up to date ground support standards. Ensure standards are adequate for the current ground conditions.
- Ensure geotechnical data is collected and geotechnical block model updated.
- Calibrate numerical model.
- Liaise with Planning and Production Engineers to ensure optimal stope sequencing and designs.
- Participate in ground control assessments for each stope. Determine optimal stope size, pillar dimensions through use of empirical, numerical and analytical methods.
- Reconcile stope performance to draw learnings and calibrate stability graphs/models as necessary.
- Routine assessment of mine seismic hazard.
- Liaise with Planning and Production Engineers to ensure optimal stope sequencing and designs.
- Review and optimise geotechnical systems.
- All drill and blasting designs approved and activated as agreed.
- Stope and development plans checked for ground stability and integrity.
- Stope overbreak is within the accepted range.
- Annual stope risk assessment and sequence review conducted.
- Models and empirical tools calibrated and available for use.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Mining Engineering or Geomechanics
- Member of an internationally recognized professional association
- 7+ years relevant experience in underground hard rock mining, Geotechnical Engineering and Ground Control.
- Experience in rockmass characterisation, numerical modelling, empirical assessments and ground support QA/QC.
- Experience with mine design and mine planning software, such as Deswik or similar.
- Experience with geotechnical software such as Unwedge, Dips, RS3, mXrap, Map3D, Leapfrog or similar.
- Advance skills in spreadsheet and presentation applications, word processing and database applications
