Hail House Building Materials is hiring a Showroom Sales to be the face of our brand in our Riyadh showroom. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, guide them through our product range - including porcelain, ceramic tiles, adhesives, and grouting - and help them make confident purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome walk-in customers and provide a professional showroom experience
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products for their projects
• Present and demonstrate products including porcelain, ceramic tiles, adhesives, and grouting materials
• Provide technical guidance and answer customer questions about specifications and installation
• Follow up with potential clients and close sales to achieve monthly targets
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are attractively presented at all times
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to confirm product availability and delivery

Requirements

• Saudi national (mandatory requirement)
• Previous experience in showroom or retail sales is preferred
• Knowledge of building materials, tiles, or interior finishes is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Ability to handle multiple customers and work in a fast-paced environment
