Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Agricultural Engineering, with experience applying engineering principles to crop production, farm infrastructure, and environmental stewardship.
• Proficiency in Planning for agricultural projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling of farming operations.
• Hands-on experience in Irrigation design, installation, and maintenance, with a focus on water-use efficiency and sustainability.
• Knowledge of Pest Control methods, including integrated pest management (IPM), and safe, compliant use of pest management solutions.
• Ability to provide Technical Assistance to farmers and operational teams, including troubleshooting field issues and training on best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a closely related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Familiarity with local agricultural regulations, environmental standards, and regional farming conditions in Saudi Arabia or similar climates.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to use agricultural software tools and basic data analysis.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support diverse teams on-site.
• Willingness to work in field conditions, conduct regular site visits, and adapt to evolving project and operational needs.
