Graduate Sales Trainee | Training-to-Hire Program

Alkhorayef Commercial Company is looking for ambitious fresh graduates to join our Graduate Sales Trainee Program.

This is a full-time, structured Training-to-Hire Program designed to provide practical, on-the-job training and hands-on exposure to professional sales operations. Participants who successfully complete the program and meet the required performance standards will have the opportunity to join Alkhorayef Commercial Company in a full-time Sales position.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all training sessions and on-the-job learning activities.
• Learn the company's products, services, and sales processes.
• Support the sales team with daily operational activities.
• Assist in customer follow-up and relationship management.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and business documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer information using CRM systems.
• Participate in customer meetings and field visits when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects while demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates (High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree) with backgrounds in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Agricultural, Industrial, Technical, Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or other related fields are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English Language.
• Passion for sales, customer engagement, and business development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
• Able to commit to a full-time training program throughout its duration.
