Role Description The Steel Structure Production Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam. The role involves planning, organizing, and supervising the production of steel structures to meet project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Daily tasks include reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with design and fabrication teams, optimizing production processes, and monitoring workflow on the shop floor. The engineer oversees quality checks, ensures compliance with safety and industry standards, and resolves production issues using analytical and problem-solving skills. The role also requires close collaboration with supervisors, technicians, and management to report progress, support cost-effective operations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering skills, including knowledge of steel structure fabrication processes and industrial manufacturing practices.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to diagnose production issues, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess Production Planning capabilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization for multiple concurrent projects.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure adherence to specifications, standards, and inspection procedures for welded and fabricated steel structures.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports, and interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in steel fabrication, welding environments, or structural manufacturing is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, CAD tools, and relevant safety and industry standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Dammam, manage deadlines, and contribute to a safe and inclusive workplace.
