Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance

• Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure sales objectives are achieved

• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
