Rivers World is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead and oversee the performance of our retail stores across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maximizing store performance, developing store teams, and ensuring consistent execution of the company's operational and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Monitor sales performance across all stores and implement action plans to improve results.

* Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and market trends to maximize business performance.

* Ensure all stores operate in accordance with company policies and operational standards.

* Monitor visual merchandising, store presentation, housekeeping, and stock availability.

* Ensure compliance with company procedures, licenses, and operational requirements.

* Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to improve team performance.

* Monitor staff productivity, attendance, scheduling, and performance.

* Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning for store teams.

* Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all stores.

* Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.

* Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

* Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement across stores.

* Ensure compliance with cash handling, stock control, and loss prevention procedures.

* Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to maintain product availability.

* Prepare regular sales and performance reports for senior management.

* Identify business opportunities and recommend initiatives to increase sales and profitability.

* Monitor competitors and market trends to support business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

 Minimum 10 years of experience in Fashion Retail.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple retail stores.

Strong background in Apparel & Fashion Retail is a must.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Willingness to travel regularly between stores across Saudi Arabia.
