About the Company

Quality is built in, not inspected in - and we're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer who lives by that. ZFP (Zuhair Fayez Partnership) is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Quality Department in Riyadh, helping set and safeguard the standards behind some of the region's most ambitious engineering and infrastructure projects.

About the Role

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers and run internal quality audits
• Partner with project managers and discipline leads to embed QA/QC processes across every project phase
• Drive quality control activities from design through delivery
• Verify all deliverables meet our Quality System Procedures before they reach the client
• Champion ISO 9001 compliance and continual improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 8 years in engineering and/or construction, including 3+ years in infrastructure/construction design
• 3+ years specifically in quality engineering within an engineering consultancy
• ISO 9001 (latest edition) Lead Auditor certification
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) accreditation - or eligibility to obtain it

Required Skills

• Strong English communication
• Sharp analytical skills
• Confident command of MS Office / Power BI
