Nesma Infrastructure & Technology is looking for a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to join our team and support the health, safety, and well-being of employees across our project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care for workplace injuries and illness.
• Conduct health assessments, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and medical surveillance
• Maintain confidential employee medical record
• Coordinate vaccinations, health screenings, and occupational health program
• Promote employee wellness through health awareness campaign
• Monitor workplace health risks and support incident investigation
• Ensure first aid facilities, medical equipment, and supplies are fully maintained
• Prepare occupational health reports and support ISO 45001 compliance.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) Registration and Professional Classification
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS is an advantage
• e).1-5 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in Occupational Health, Industrial, Construction, Manufacturing, or Corporate Healthcare
• Knowledge of occupational health practices, emergency response, and Saudi health regulation
• strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skill

Preferable

• Experience with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Syst
• Experience in workplace emergency response and health surveillance programs
