The Opportunity

We are looking for a Unit Manager - Canteen To manage the accommodation and six satellite site canteens efficiently with, best catering practices in food quality, its freshness, tastes, temperature control and clean food services to site employees. Food cost management and food wastages should be at the minimal end without compromises to catering services.

 Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university. Formal qualification in Hotel Management.
• 5-7 years’ experience Catering Services in the provision of similar services for a site with more than 750 residents, supporting remote site industrial or oil/gas operations
• Computer and SAP Environment exposure
• HACCP /Food Safety ISO 22000 exposure; Microbiology /Pathogens risk understanding
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Financial Acumen; Customer Focused; Action Oriented; Plans and Aligns; Accountability; Collaboration; Builds effective Teams
• Excellent in achieving Food Safety / Quality Management / Environmental Management compliance (ISO certification); Computer literate, SAP exposure a plus.
