إدارة وتحقيق أهداف الموارد البشرية بما يتوافق مع اللوائح المحلية وسياسات وإجراءات شؤون الموظفين الجماعية، وتقديم الدعم لوظائف شؤون الموظفين والإدارية في القسم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات كمسؤول أول شؤون موظفين أو مدير.
- إلمام ببيئة الحاسب الآلي ونظام SAP.
- خبرة في العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابةً.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Personnel Manager To manage and achieve HR objectives in line with relevant local regulations and in accordance with Group Personnel Policies Procedures, provide support to personnel and administrative functions of the Division.
Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related Majer.
- 3 to 5 as Senior Personnel / Manager
- Computer and SAP Environment exposure
- Experienced working in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Financial Acumen, Customer Focused, Action Oriented, Plans and Aligns , Accountability, Optimizes Work Processes, Decision Quality
- Develop Talent, Communicates Effectively Integrity & Trust , Self-Awareness
- Situational Adaptability , Confidentiality , Technical Aspect of Personnel Services
