Role Description The موظف استقبال فندق (Hotel Receptionist) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. The role involves welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and providing information about hotel services and local facilities. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, handling reservations, maintaining guest records, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs. The receptionist will also manage basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document handling, while ensuring a professional, courteous, and efficient front desk experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills to manage guest interactions and front desk operations effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess reliable Clerical Skills, including basic computer use, record keeping, and document organization.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in Arabic; basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
