Role Description The Accountant role at Sakan Real Estate is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The accountant will handle daily accounting operations, including recording journal entries, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank and account balances. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking payables and receivables, assisting with monthly and annual closing, and supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations, coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, and contributing to accurate budgeting and cost tracking. The accountant is expected to maintain organized financial records, identify discrepancies, and support management with timely financial insights.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in general accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and basic auditing practices.
• Ability to manage payables, receivables, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring with attention to detail.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Previous experience in real estate or a similar industry is preferred but not required.
