Safety Officer

Location: Second Industrial City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role:

Alkhorayef Energy Systems is looking for a Safety Officer to support the implementation of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSE/QHSE) programs across its operations. The role is responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, conducting safety inspections, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety records and documentation.
• Ensure the readiness of safety equipment, fire protection systems, and first aid facilities.
• Deliver safety awareness and training programs for employees and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local HSE regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE/QHSE.
• Good knowledge of industrial safety standards and HSE regulations.
• Strong reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certification is an advantage.
