About Us

We are a leading Chinese steel structure manufacturer and engineering contractor with extensive experience in international projects. Our services cover steel structure design, fabrication, supply, and installation for industrial, commercial, warehouse, logistics, and infrastructure projects.

As our business continues to expand across the Middle East, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager based in Saudi Arabia to help us grow our local market presence and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop new business opportunities throughout Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

* Identify and approach EPC contractors, developers, consultants, fabricators, distributors, and project owners.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

* Collect market intelligence and provide insights on local construction projects and industry trends.

* Coordinate with our headquarters in China to prepare quotations, proposals, and project solutions.

* Support contract negotiations and facilitate project execution.

* Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

* Based in Saudi Arabia.

* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

* Experience in steel structures, construction, engineering, building materials, or related industries is highly preferred.

* Strong local business network within the Saudi construction industry is a significant advantage.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Fluent in English. Arabic is highly preferred.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

* Willing to travel within Saudi Arabia and neighboring GCC countries when required.
